This luxury home away from home is very modern but very cozy. Two story , three bedrooms. All bedrooms have a King beds, you'll have a great night sleep guaranteed. Two sofas converted into queen size bed and one tween . All brand new furniture, excellent for family and friends up to 9 people. Two plasma TV screens. Full kitchen: coffee maker, dishes, utensils, dishwasher, toaster, pots and pans, oven , stove, microwave. This is non smoking home with no resident pets. Our house is smoke free but feel free to smoke outside. I will be a phone call away should you need assistance. Fee WiFi , Roku TV . Guests will have access to entire house and garage. Free WIFI, Roku TV .Home located in Silverado Ranch, 2 blocks from South Point Hotel & Casino. Just minutes away from restaurants, grocery store, gas stations. I-15 Freeway just 5 minutes away. It's quick and easy route to Las Vegas Strip.You will love this location and style of this home. 6.6 miles 12 minutes toHarry Reid International Airport. 4.4 miles 10 minutes to Las Vegas Strip.
