Room needs updates.... it's about time to remodeling all rooms

Check in was fast friendly staff, rooms were clean location was great everything you need was located nearby.

Booked Bally's because of it's great price and spot right in the center of the strip. Inside the room, their curtain don't extend all the way to the top or bottom of the window, so with the blue lights they have specifically pointed at their windows, it was like trying to sleep with the lights on, that's how bright it was in our room at night. When we woke up the second morning to take a shower, apparently overnight the water came up the drain and when it went back down it left a large amount of dirt and hair in the bathtub. Gross!!

Check in was very easy - you can do it electronically. Room was great BUT we found a beer can (partially full) under our bed which led us to question the quality of room cleaning. Also, the hotel alarm went off leading many to remember when the hotel burned (it was the MGM Grand then and it happened in 1980) and 85 lives were lost. Fortunately it was nothing, but "alarming" none the less. It was hard to find the parking lot. IF they had told us they shared parking with the Paris, it would have been much easier. They also need to have signs from parking that mention BOTH Paris and Bally's. We were confused as to where to go---signs for Bally's check-in need to be more prominent..

In the middle of the action. Attached to the Paris. Free self parking.

Good deal for the location. Standard hotel. Had some issues with adding a friend's name to the check-in list, but after calling a couple times, got it resolved (note: call Orbitz, not the hotel).

Bally's is located right in the heart of new Vegas. The room was clean, and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet at the hotel restaurant was very good and filling. Lot's of food choices. Really enjoyed my stay.

good location in the middle of the strip, room is comfortable and clean w/ friendly staff.

Really, the room does stink. Had to run the A/C even though it was cold. They also charge $35 for resort fee and $15 extra for internet. Never seen another hotel that charged extra on top of the resort fee... When all said and done, I could have stayed at a nicer hotel for the same price

Given the old part of the building. Had a reunion with friends from other state.

Great location (heart of the strip), accommodating staff, reliable wifi connection included in the resort fee, large room (and I got the regular one), fantastic steakhouse onsite; rooms have carpet floors so can be a bit of an issue for highly allergic people, casino is small and limited (but walking distance from bigger ones).

Only stayed for one night. Toilet was running and maintenance did come and fix right away. I think we're in older portion of hotel

The check in process was easy and the employees were very nice. Our room was very spacious clean and pretty. Definitely will be staying here again!

Originally booked two rooms with a no smoking king in advance and as you know you pay up front with Orbitz. Well while checking in we had to change to two queens because there was only smoking king rooms available. I was shocked at the condition of the room I stayed at Ballys like 10 years ago and thought it was nice. The beds were horrid the 4 of us that stayed there had back aches every morning. The food court food prices were a little ridiculous for the quality. On a positive note the staff was very pleasant and the looking is nice.

Close to everything, like right in the middle of it all! Would be nice if they had more signage showing guests where the pool and workout area is. Never even saw it my entire 3.5 day stay. Also, LOVED the check in Kiosk!!! Soooo convenient!

We always stay at Bally's when were in Las Vegas. Nice price and convient location in the center of the strip.

Good for price, location and accommodation. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout stay. Room was good size and clean for two Cons, no fridge in room and bathroom fan was not operational.

I booked 4 nights @ this hotel and wouldn't be returning nor recommending any of my friends/family members to book one night at Bally's. We stayed at Indigo and surprisingly when we walk into the room we noticed there's no fridge, no microwave, blow dryer too short, and no coffee maker. This place also charges for water! NO WATER is provided and the drinks are cheap run down alcohol. You have to pay out of pocket and this will not mentioned to you at the time of check-in I must say that we did enjoy the easy strip walks to Bellagio, Paris, Ceasar Palace, and over nice scenery. Las Vegas is a Disney Walt place for adult so be ready to spend the money and enjoy yourself responsibly. Please fix the Kiosk machines

Housekeeping good but found my non-smoking floor violated occasionally.

Easy early check in. Clean lobby with very helpful staff. Good filtration from smoke and good food options. View from upper floors is wonderful!
