Nice Condo near Strat (Pet Friendly)

It was OK.

The location was .5 miles from the end of the strip, so we still had to do a lot of Uber driving. It was cold in the condo with no way to bump up the heat. Several of the lamps/lights didn't work and several of the outlets didn't work. Neighborhood was a little sketchy.

Probably the best aspect of this property is location. Roughly 10-15 mins from the strip. Only a 10 minute walk to Stratosphere (which can act as a pick up/drop off spot for some transportation around Vegas). The pool looked fantastic, though it was too cold to jump in when I went. Very clean and tidy space, ample counter space, open, laid-back living room area for a larger group. Also, you'll get a kick out of the light up furniture!

Clean and Comfortable Place on a Budget

Overall a very good basic place with everything we needed for our stay. Older apartment, but very clean and roomy, with all basic necessities provided. It was our first time in Vegas celebrating our son’s birthday, and everything was a quick Lyft away. We had a great stay. Thanks Yaniv!

Convenient Location

We came to Las Vegas for a wedding at the Wynn. It was a very convenient location for us. The unit was clean and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The one problem was we could hear the guest upstairs walking back and forth for most of the night. Other than that, it was a very quiet location. I thought it was a good value for the money.

Everything was as described in the ad. Beds were very comfortable and management was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The managers were amazing. My 1 year old grandson's ride on car batteries died and no longer made sounds. The gentlemen went out of his way to put batteries in the toy. My grandson was thrilled. Thank you for all the kind things you did while we were there.
