Host was very welcoming. Great amenities. Perfect amount of beds and bedrooms. Had an issue with a toilet getting clogged and they sent someone out to take care of the issue within hours. Was in a potentially questionable neighborhood, but property had a gate and I felt safe the whole time. Convenient to grocery store and only like 14 minutes to the things we did on the strip.

Family Gathering of 25 guest

We were a group of 25, 6 families and with the amount of rooms and beds it made it so convenient and comfortable for everyone. Brian was very responsive with all our messaging back and forth. The house was very spacious and enough bathrooms for such a large group. We used the pool the entire time since it was about 108° and we enjoyed it very much. We had 7 vehicle and they all fit inside the property. One of our guest also brought their dog and they were able to accommodate us. The house is on a very busy street which makes it a little scary driving in and out of the property but it wasn't that bad once you know what to expect. Very close to the Las Vegas Strip. I read about the noise control issues but I spoke to Brian about it in advance and he mentioned that normally it's an issue when you play loud music only, so we kept that in mind and it all worked out. The only think I did notice was that the dining table and chairs were falling apart due to loose screws and some missing screws and we were able to hand tighten but still we had to be careful not to break them. Overall we would definitely stay there again when in Las Vegas.

Weekend fun in vegas

A group of 17 guys stayed for a fun weekend. The home was close to the strip. It was a nice way to spend time together during the day and close to all the action for night. They do have a noise ordinance which with a large house is hard to keep noise down but we had no problems with any neighbors complaining.

Great group rental

There were so many different outdoor activities that kept us entertained when we stayed in. Owner had great communication, and sent someone right away when we had an issue. Would definitely rent again!
