Our room was large and modern. Bathroom was incredibly large and had a huge bathroom. The kitchen was a huge asset. Really enjoyed our stay here as we have stayed at a lot of hotels in the area.

The room w 2 queen beds is good for my family of 4 people. We had favorite breakfasts with the small kitchen. The only thing discomfort us is that you charged us service fee but during three days we stayed, nobody cleaned our room.

no restararaunt opened, no service available, seemed very quiet and isolated

Great location. Accommodating staff. Will be back.

The room location was great. The activities for the kids over the weekend and the play room had lots of toys to keep the kids entertained if we didn't want to venture out on the snow. The ladies in the play room were really nice. The downstairs bar and the morning coffee shop was useful as well. My child got a fever over the night, the front desk and security were very nice to open the lobby shop in order for me to purchase medicine at 4AM - saved me a trip to head to the pharmacy store. Very grateful for their attendance. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we are definitely coming back in the summery.

Room was spacious and clean. Everything in working order and had a well stocked kitchen that had all the utensils, pots, etc to cook if we wanted. it was snowing so it was pretty view, otherwise we looked out to the parking lot. One thing that happened that we didn't expect was the power from the bathroom went out on the day we were checking out. Everything, else was woking but the bathroom. Staff was friendly and helpful. The concierge tried to get us to sit in on a presentation for a timeshare but we were not interested. Overall, it was a nice place for kids ( we were traveling with our two year old) lots of activities and the room was pretty quiet considering how many families we saw staying here. Great central location and walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Spent after thanksgiving with 2 families in 2 rooms (A&B). Had a great time.

We stayed here twice so far : 5 years ago for our honeymoon, and again this year for anniversary and our child's birthday. We love how comfortable and inviting this place is. We were allowed to stay after checking out to play pool table, which was really nice because of high winds and awesome rain outside. Kids loved it! And not even a mention of timeshares -- thank God! :-)

Very nice interior it has been updated. Loved our room with a kitchenet had plenty of dishes, cups and silverware. No blender or bowels to mix things in though. Small sink and only 2 chairs at table. No view from our room but very helpful staff and free laundry room facilitates. Close to shopping and marinas for tour of lake, pick up and drop off points here too, for shuttle. Didn't like that you had to walk past h bar and pool table to get to the pool, sauna, whirlpool and exercise room. Over all would stay again!

The bed was terrible. A single skinny mattress (not plush) on top of a wooden platform. Very uncomfortable. They brought pads but still not comfortable sleep. Also the restaurant is not open for breakfast during the week and that is one of the reasons we chose this hotel. No fresh brewed coffee in the morning (unless you like the stuff in the room). Hotel does not have sufficient self-parking which forces you to use the valet. And they tried to sell us a time-share! On the positive side it was well located on the lake side and restaurants across the street were great.

Not there long enough to use facilities as I said did not use amenities

It was a very good experience, our first time in Lake Tahoe,we liked the resort since we saw it ,everybody was nice since we did check in until we left, always people smiling. We want to plan to get back for summer!!! Thank you for the great time!!!

I loved everything as soon as i walked into the hotel for check-in. Nice people. They offered me many discounts for jet skis and other things near by. The rooms were very clean. I liked how they had a kitchen where you can cook anything you want.

As soon as I checked in they have been leaving me messages to attend some timeshare sales pitch. I still get calls on my home number with additional pitches. Horrible.

We didn't like that the staff tried on three separate occasions to get us to attend their 90-minute sales presentation for a timeshare with their resort. Some hotels would have given us an upgrade or some sort of couple's package like champagne or chocolates when we advised them when we checked in that we were there to get married. No such frills at this resort. We also would have liked the option to have breakfast in the cafe downstairs but it was only open in the evenings. Only had housekeeping service one day out of our 8 day stay. The room had a small kitchenette which was nice, but the room itself was just like any other hotel room. The valet staff was very helpful and friendly and we enjoyed our stay, there just wasn't anything special about the resort.

Excellent! Very Nice location. We had booked the 2BR 2BA Suite. It was great. Good location. Coming back again in 2weeks with Family

This place is beyond great. I loved it.! The location is perfect, right on the beach and its only 15 minute walk away from the casinos and the gondolas. The staff was very helpful. We got the 2 bed/2bath condo and it was beautiful. I am definetly going back.!

The staff goes above and beyond doing their job. Excellent customer service. Facilities are clean.

Great place for family trip, kids enjoy the pool and daycare.

Great place to stay but next time I would call them before I get there to be sure they have my room aveilable when I get there so I don't have to wait. Overall place was nice.
