Great location in South Lake Tahoe by heavenly lift. Shopping and casinos nearby. Hotel was nice but not the best Managment

Resort is ok. Staff is nice and responsive and valet is good. Valley is $27/ day which adds up quickly. Resort fee is $34/day which includes breakfast and it is horrible. Dollar menu is better than the breakfast here. And it’s the same breakfast everyday. Hotel is dated and stains in the carpet of the room. They are not cleaning rooms everyday so where does our money go? Location is perfect.

I like how everything was close to the hotel.

Way overpriced for the amenities and service. Hotel seemed it has over 500 rooms, but only 1 person at front desk, called for service multiple times, never answered phone, left messages. No one ever called back. If it was a $50 room. It would be one this, but paying over $200 per night. It’s unacceptable

Good service that only one don,t like me was a breafast

The location is the only reason to stay here. The hotel is outdated and the rooms are dirty. The curtains in our room had stains all over them, my kids couldn’t take a bath (only a shower) because the tub was nasty. If you call the front desk or housekeeping, good luck with them answering! I had to physically walk to the front desk two different times because they didn’t answer after letting it ring for over 7 minutes!

I liked the location..close to casino and heavenly village

The staff was great. Location was great also. But the rooms are out dated. If they did some renovations the place would be top notch.

NO

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Very accommodating. Location was great for walking to shopping, dining etc. Very difficult to find the driveway into the resort area. Sign was ridiculously small. Drove past it the first time then came in from the back. Then we find out we have to valet park. The pool was dirty and had no pool towels. The room carpet was stained and the shower head leaked.

Overall the room was adequate. We were given a room where there was no hot water, the bathtub didn’t drain and several of the plugs didn’t work. After 1 night I complained to the front desk and they gave us another room. The rooms are dark. Also beware they make you use their valet parking for $27 per day. There is NO self park. You must park at the shopping center down the street and walk. Also they charge a $34 per day resort fee. They said it’s for the public WiFi ( they charge you for private WiFi) and the breakfast ( terrible breakfast - powdered eggs dry sausage patty pancake. The coffee was good), etc.. So add $61 to any price Orbitz is quoting. I felt ripped off on this one.

There was no self parking. So on top of a daily resort fee of 34.00. You pay 27.00 per day to park.

My room was hot and I couldn't sleep. They sent an engineer and and it still never got below 75 degrees. The front desk and valet do not answer phone, you have to do everything in person. No maid service, though that may be a covid thing. TV/entertainment is from late 70s.

I liked the interior of the hotel and specially the pond with the turtles and koi fish, I did not like that the rooms inside looked outdated and not sparkled clean.

This hotel is due for a major renovation. Everything felt and looked very dated, old and worn. The suit was very dark, smelled funny, and our socks were black from walking on the carpet. Another gross thing we found were curly long black hairs right on top of the bed and pillow. Parking is $27which is crazy expensive. The hotel charged the full rate resort fee even though more than half the services were closed and blamed on covid. Don’t charge full price if services aren’t available. Breakfast was terrible no more omelettes and full breakfast goodies. Instead it was to go plates only with really no choice. Only scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuit, yogurt and apple was available. No more happy hour. Overall we felt ripped off and would not stay here again.

Very old run down property. While staff was super nice, the property is in need of a major cleaning and remodel. Website does not represent property. Wish we spent a little more and booked elsewhere. Disappointing.

A little old. Some staff were a bit rude. Valet and bellboy staff was very nice.
