The lady in the reception took very long to help me. I asked to changed rooms due to so many loud air blowing machines in the 2nd floor, right next to my room. (rooms got flooded) Apparently there were no other rooms available. I am very disappointed with customer service. Rooms were very clean the only great thing about this hotel. I will never booked a room again. Customer service is not good at all. There are better hotels next to this one. Now I know.

Clean rooms and updated hotel. Service was average except for the male staff who helped us with check-in who was excellent. We called the hotel how early we can check in and we were told 1PM but when we arrived at the hotel we were told rooms were still being cleaned. The male front staff helped us to get in earlier. On the other hand, we requested towels then next day and one of the female front staff told us that it would be brought up. Unfortunately, it wasn't brought up. This was the first Hilton that we experienced this. Maybe in the future, front staff personnel should have a tracking of guest requests and calls to know if they were fulfilled already.
