Perfect for a family retreat, this three-level getaway features all the comforts of home while in a desirable area near Lake Arrowhead! The first floor has a game room equipped with a gorgeous pool table, a living area with a TV, children's toys, a bookcase with plenty of books, and a mini-fridge. As you climb up the stairs, you'll come across this charming abode's second and primary level. Here you will find a well-equipped kitchen with enough space to move freely while cooking, great appliances, and all the cooking essentials to prepare terrific meals. Off the right and left sides of the kitchen are two separate dining areas. And if you require even more dining space, you might as well take advantage of the outdoor dining area on the balcony. Once mealtime is over, gather around the gas fireplace to warm up and cozy up for an entertaining afternoon at home, whether chatting with your friends and planning your next adventures or watching TV. The third level features a desk for quiet study or work.

The House Of Light and Sky offers a secluded location in a great area where it shouldn't be hard to leave behind the hustle and bustle. Lake Arrowhead offers endless opportunities for outdoor recreation year-round, from sailing and mountain biking in the summer to sledding and skiing in the winter, and it's only one and a half miles from your doorstep. Four miles away is Lake Arrowhead Village, where dining options abound as well as boat tours, shops, and convenience stores. If you're visiting during the summer, you can't miss the Lake Arrowhead Concert Series, or if you're staying in winter, the Lake Arrowhead Oktoberfest is a must. Experience a fix of city life in San Bernardino, only 27 miles away. You're about 30 miles west of the famous ski town Big Bear City and 85 miles northeast of sunny Los Angeles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
