Beautiful, truly a hidden Gem
The Prices for Sheraton were exorbitant. The room rates, the extra price for breakfast. I realize this is the standard now, but they couldnt even give a senior discount. I was very upset.
Stayed in the 1 bd rm king suite on the club level. The pictures here on orbitz make it look like there is a couch in the bedroom portion but there is not. The bedroom is fairly small but the living room space is nice. Large jacuzzi jet tub and patio were also a nice addition. Our room was right by the ice machine so we heard that and the outside doors opening all night which was not ideal but with 2 little kids, we didn’t find it worthwhile to move. The club lounge had breakfast and some drinks/ snacks in the evening which was nice. Grounds were very nicely landscaped but pool was nothing special. It was a little too cool for us to go swimming so it wasn’t an issue for us. 3 mins to Ralphs, Trader Joes and Whole foods as well as quite a bit of other shopping.
The rooms were ok but we had low expectations. We wanted this for the location. However the bathroom was terrible, so much so that I wish we had booked at another hotel that was more expensive.

You have to pay extra to park, $23 dollars a day this was not told to me in a email, orbitz or Sheraton, until I checked in I’m pissed about the extra expense

Pool extremely small for area and amount of rooms. Parking also limited with additional fee of $23 a night which is not mentioned anywhere doing research prior to booking

Great property but the ac went out and no one answered at the desk to help. For 2 days
Front desk tried to charge us $10+ for special internet.
I did not appreciate Orbitz's service. Firstly, I asked that we be charged upon arrival. Instead we were charged for the entire stay in advance. Secondly, when we needed to depart a few days early, orbitz would not recoup our money for those days. We do not plan on using orbitz again.
