The property has an amazing view and is very clean. I didn’t like having to pay $30 for overnight parking

Location excellent. Parking resorts too much expensive

It would be nice to have more personalized service. The employees seem to be rushed and talking only in business tone, I guess there are too many guests too many things to do

Loved that it was near the ocean. Staff was very friendly and overall comfortable.

The hotel staff were not very accommodating. We waiting at the downstairs restaurant and bar for over an hour before being served. We ate lunch and dinner at the hotel on different occasions, 2 of the 4 meals ordered were not the correct food. The transportation between the Hotel and Golf Course was not very easy to get coordinated with the hotel, and we waited for almost an hour and it took 3 phone calls to the hotel before our golf cart arrived to be picked up after our round of golf. The course was in fantastic shape, we will defiantly be back out to play again! Will probably stay in the cabins instead of the hotel and hope for a better experience.

The property is a bit dated, bar area is a bit dark and dull. Bartenders were not great, 1/3 were friendly. There was one on Friday afternoon that kept touching his face and hair, then serving drinks without washing his hands. There was also a woman bartender Saturday evening around 11pm who was not friendly at all. She seemed more interested in cleaning than serving us. The spa was not open on Saturdays, which was super odd. Nice location, beautiful greens and ocean view(IF you select the correct room- which Orbitz did not show that was available). The pool was nice, and so were the fire pits. The cookies at check in were delish and the free bottled waters in the room were a plus.

Excellent service desk at check in. Very professional and helpful.

Nice staff and nice comfort room. Good facility but expensive parking.

My wife and I were celerbrating our 14 anniversary and could not have picked a better location. Very clean hotel and friendly staff.

I had told staff at 7pm that their ice machine near my room was not making ice. Before I checked out the next day the ice maker was still not producing ice but the machine itself was still plugged in and noisy while room it was stored in was very warm, probably from the ice machine.

The pool area had trash all over. The furniture in the room was old and faded. The grout tile in the shower was black and dirty. Never ever again will I stay at this hotel.

Nice hotel right on Torrey Pines golf course and next to La Holla Cove

very good staying. did not drive though. the only issue is breakfast. there is not much option around that area.

Hotel was nice, but it was fairly out dated. Rooms, pool and lobby could use an upgrade. Hotel restaurant had friendly staff, but the food was underwhelming for the price.
