Pool was NOT available for the entire stay(4 nights). It was never mentioned when booked and staff did nothing when this was mentioned. Very disappointed

Gorgeous view of the ocean from the top floor. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Short walk to the beach. Pool with guest lounge containing vending machines and free coffee, tea, or hot cocoa. I am impressed.
For an older facility, this small hotel is well maintained. There is a small guest lounge with free coffee, tea, or cocoa and a few vending machines with a wide variety of snacks for purchase. Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance, as is the beach. I didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean and relaxing. A variety of room choices await your arrival, from ocean view to a view of the pool. An ocean view will not disappoint as the sunset is always California beautiful.
Perfect location, would definitely stay again
The housekeeping was bad at best, we had to repeatedly ask for toilet paper and towels.
Staff was very kind. Tons of places in walking distance.

Dear Jacopo, thank you for your comments. Our pool is very special and I would also be disappointed if I wanted to swim. It was unfortunate that during your stay the pool heater broke down and we needed to replace it which took a few days for it to be shipped. We apologise for this. The pool was still open but the water was not heated. Again we apologise. The new heater is working great now, I know too late for your stay but we did everything we could to remedy this for you.
