The staff was awesome. Jenny, Chevy in housekeeping were grea, they work very hard to make sure all rooms are clean. Jenny and her crew work very lone hours 8 to 8 pretty much every day. Jenny at the front desk and her manager were very good. Jenny at the front desk went above and beyond to take care of my needs! I got to know the staff because I stayed 11 days. There not the most updated, but there very clean and beds were very comfortable. The matienance man Gary was such a big help. Didn't have to fix anything but when I needed other things like a tv replacement he was right there and really enjoyed talking to him! Will stay there again next year.

Motel is easy to find near freeway. AC worked well. Desk had trouble finding my prepaid reservation... it took about 15 min to locate it. Bathroom in our room smelled like tobacco smoke. Bed was hard.

Hotel computer was down so did not have reservation. Check in took 25 minutes. Couldn't open door with key. Back to desk for another room. Was given key to a room already occupied and woke that guest up. Back to desk again and another employee was able to open the room door. So it was 45 minutes to get in our room.

Book room for 3 nights. Called ahead of time to cancel first night. First person couldn't answer how to handle refund. Called me back 2 hours later they would credit me. Went to check next night they had me booked for 4 nights. They didn't know once again how to fix problem. Got to my room no light bulbs in lamps. Called front desk said some would come fix the problem. No one showed up. Went to check out the next morning. Yes a day early. Once again she didn't know how to credit me. They would call me. 1 week later no call and no credit!!!!!!!

We check in and went to bed and got up the next morning and got back on the road...

I was on a 10 day trip and this was worst hotel. The hotel is cheap either. Breakfast was pathetic and we skipped having food here and went to a nearby restaurent. The washbasin was not functional and the staff were absolutely non helpful. This is the most basic thing in hotel and these hotel staff inspite of calling multiple times didnt even care to address it. The most pathetic experience I have had. Stay away from this pathetic serviced hotel.

We just needed something for the night after spending the day on the river. Good location, within walking distance of different restaurants. Comfortable beds for a quick stay. I will be back. Thank You

no coffee in room, continental breakfast was sparse, lamp broken, had to disconnect microwave to plug in computer, unable to use stairway by our room, blocked off with yellow tape.

Pool was not in working order, fridge did not work.

A few items that the website described was not found in the room. I know the picture does not show the exact room you would get but I find it hard to believe that it was on the same property. No coffee pot, no alarm clock, no hair dryer, no couch or lounge chair. Other than that...the staff was amazing. Very pleasant and professional. My room was very clean. The property is older but kept up nicely and cannot stress enough very clean!!! The property is located on the busy highway Route 66 and the traffic noise can get loud. But overall an ok value.

Overall for an inexpensive motel it was "OK", but there was one real problem - stayed 4 nights and 2 of the first 3 nights the room was never cleaned, beds made, or towels replaced ! Left after the 4th night so don't know if the incoming guests were placed in a "used room" or not ? The manager's reply each evening when we returned and complained was we had the "don't disturb sign" on the door - never even saw such a sign - so guessing this was prepared lie !!

Although expectations were not high because of the cost, I found the room very dirty, lightbulbs in the bathroom were exposed, corners of each space looked like no one ever cleaned them. Everyday when we came back to the motel,, our tv station was on a spanish station, perhaps instead of cleaning the maid service was watching TV. The fridge in the room iced up our drinks, but it was warm so that was OK. The ice stations are far away from our room, the screens on most windows were torn. My husband at 6.5 " hit his head on the stairs going down. After the 1st time he ducked sideways as to not get a concussion. I would never go back to this motel.

It is marketed as a non-smoking hotel, but the staff were out front smoking as we pulled in to check in. There was an odor in the room, no hot water and no heat. When I called the second time for maintenance to fix the hot water and heat, the front desk person was very rude and stated she had just come on duty and didn't know what was going on. I will not stay in a Knights Inn again.

I was on a 10 day trip and this was worst hotel. The hotel is cheap either. Breakfast was pathetic and we skipped having food here and went to a nearby restaurent.
