D303 is a modern, newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom villa with gorgeous ocean views. Overlooking ancient Hawaiian fishponds with fantastic ocean and sunset views, guests will love basking on the covered lanai only a short walk away from sandy beaches at the Mauna Lani. The spacious living room features vaulted ceilings, newly upgraded furnishings, a newly renovated kitchen (2018) and a large flat screen TV. The master bedroom has ocean views, a private lanai and features a king size bed and private master bathroom with a separate tub and shower. The second bedroom is located on the opposite end of the condo for added privacy, and features ocean views and private lanai access. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Each bedroom has a Select Comfort bed, flat screen TV and private lanai space. This non-smoking unit is located a few steps up on the third floor (no elevators) and is within a short distance of all the best beaches, restaurants and shops at the Mauna Lani Resort!

Some minor repairs were necessary.

The overhead fan in the master bedroom would only operate on high speed which was too uncomfortable to use. The light bulbs next to master bed were burned out. The property manager did not respond to our call about the fan. The toilet in the second bedroom has a leak and would run regularly without being flushed. The balcony was not covered and so is unusable in the rain
