By far the best place we’ve stayed, staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was our honeymoon, we were treated so well by everyone around. Amazing property, the best view (ocean facing room), the only complaint was the soundproofing of rooms was nonexistent, noisy neighbors, not the hotels fault. Will definitely visit again.

Orbits showed pictures of rooms and descriptions of each with the daily price. The picture of the room and the room we stayed in were NOT the same. The Resort new it was our 47th Wedding Aniversary and treated us great and made us feel special. The room was on the 7th floor and the view was spectacular. The meals we ate and activities were outstanding. Over experience was very good but the picture of the room Orbits showed as very disappointing.

Overall it is a nice place to stay - an island within an island - but they need a little more attention to detail, rooms some updating, and additional staff at the front desk. The grounds were good, but there was the occasional litter that needed to be picked up. The pool area also had towels left for long periods of time, so it was hard to know if lounge chairs were available or not. They need more than four people at the front desk to deal with a facility this size. I had a long wait at check in and just missed a long line for check out.

Nice hotel could use some updating in bathrooms . Great staff

Wow! A phenomenal resort with everything you could ask for. Great food, wonderful service and just a perfect place to relax. Just an unbelievable place.

Hotel is nice. Used to staying at the Ritz so...I was disappointed I killed 11 different bugs in my hotel room (no roaches). I wiped a wad of hair off the shower wall and what appeared to be boogers off the wall. View was excellent! Staff was very kind. Unless you valet, those guys won't help you with anything! There was a lady that was off the clock that helped us with our luggage. Very sweet. Overall we enjoyed our short walk to the beach and food was divine! I would visit again, bring big spray, and valet next time!

You need a Ph.D in InformationTecnology to operate the televisions! The remotes were very old and very difficult to see the options on the tv's. However, the staff was excellent, very accommodating! All of them were anxious to please.

Very nice hotel grounds. Relatively secluded without typical beach crowds. Great venue for a family retreat or couples retreat.

Everything was great and relaxing. Can be very expensive but worth it if you're willing to splurge a little.

Patio doors broken. Housekeeping did not vacuum carpeted floor during daily cleaning over a a six day stay. Nearly no reception on cellphone-Verizon. Great location and grounds. Outstanding staff.

We came for a one night romantic weekend, and was looking forward to enjoying all the amenities. We read that the adult infinity pool was heated, and was looking forward to that. Unfortunately, it was ice cold when we tried to use it, and nobody was using it as a result. We had a late lunch at the Oceanside restaurant, The fries we're very greasy, and did not sit well with us. The service was slow. Then we tried again with room service later, and that was really horrible, the burger was undercooked, the pasta and mashed potatoes we're also very greasy, and cheese laden, the napkins we're dirty, the coffee was cold, and the choc cake was horrible and bizarre tasting. It all smelled horrible, and we left the dirty dishes out by the elevator, so as not to stink up our room. We left early the next morning hungry and disappointed.

4 star resort, very nice stay. We enjoyed the convenience of the resort

Nice hotel, staff was excellent. The amenities were very spread out. Parking garage was awkward to get to and from. Signage was terrible to get around. But the Sunrise cafe has a wonderful breakfast buffet. The shuttle bus was needed to get around, unless you drive yourself. Beach was right there to walk along.
