Some staff were really nice. But the people in the kitchen dining area were not very friendly or welcoming!

The breakfast was higher quality than I’ve experienced at other properties. My room was quite, clean and comfortable. The surrounding area felt safe.

This aging hotel is in a great location. The hotel is clean, but outdated. Every step you take on floors 2-4 can be heard by the guests below you. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors. Ethan could be more friendly. The indoor pool was a really nice added bonus to the property.
The water temperature in the pool was very comfortable and the work out room was well appointed.
My wife and I have stayed a this property on several occasions. We have always enjoyed our stay, and this stay was no exception.

Terrible WiFi in this hotel. Also, AC units are old and noisy, and you can hear the traffic all night long if your room faces the busy highway. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly.
This is my second time staying at the Holiday Inn in Hurst and it was just as pleasant as the first experience. Staff is very friendly, property and rooms are clean and the bathroom was noticeably clean as well which I can appreciate. If I would add a flaw, the beds could be a little more comfortable but it wasn’t so bad that I wouldn’t stay here again. I wasn’t able to take advantage of their complimentary breakfast neither time but maybe on the next stay passing through I will. I would recommend to stay here for easy convenience to local shops, restaurants and easy access to highways as well.
I loved how they provided a free shuttle to and from the airport as well as anywhere within a 5 mile radius!
Weather forced me to stay in DFW after I missed my connection. I picked this hotel because it had an airport shuttle and Holiday Inns are usually a very good value. There was a little mix up with the hotel shuttle picking us up, but this was due more to my unfamiliarity with DFW and lots of construction. The driver eventually got a hold of us after we talked to the front desk and we made it to the hotel. The hotel lobby and rooms were very nice, I wish I could have stayed longer.
