They canceled my reservation at 7pm and said they had called but i had no voicemails. I had been working and then traveling all day to get there. They did honor my reservation but kept mentioning that they had called. Unfortunately i was not able to see the calls while workin or traveling. Once in the room it was not clean. We found gum stuck to the headboard, cheese on the floor from previous people (im guessing) and there were holes in the duvet. It was very disappointing but stayed as we didnt plan to spend much time in the actual hotel and it was very late. Would not stay again.
The pillows are thin and the beds are hard.
The property needs some thorough cleaning. Walls were stained in the room, some just need to be painted. The floor was dirty and dusty. I had to purchase cleaning items to sanitize the room. The front desk was nice at first but when I asked about continental breakfast as advertised, they said they have t been serving since COVID. Considering how unsanitary the room was, I probably would t eat there food anyway. I asked for a spare key, front desk seemed bothered. Cleaning staff were very kind and brought me extra towels as requested. I have a toddler who touches everything, based on the rooms lack of maintenance, I was disgusted and will not be returning.
I was extremely satisfied with this property. The room was very nice, clean and cold when we arrived. I was hesitant because of the cheap price but it was definitely worth it! I guarantee I will stay here again if I am in the area.

This is by far the nicest 2 star establishment I've ever stayed at. It was very clean, rooms were recently updated, staff was nice, room was quiet, and the lobby coffee was good! I will definitely stay here again.
Office staff needs to learn to be more professional and courteous. They watch EVERYTHING like a hawk. Will even call to make sure you don’t have anyone extra in your room.
Looks like the Hotel has been remodeled and the rooms are very nice. We had really nice experience with the cleanliness of the room. It’s quiet and next to the Hotel is Starbucks. Also the Hotel is closer to shops and the I-45 Highway. The Hotel is perfect and the staff are the hardest working people. I travel a lot with my husband and we never been an Hote l with the must joyful owners. We highly recommend it.

I was new to Houston, Texas and wanted a place to close to my new workplace. I was initially hesitant but after checking out the hotel, I found hotel to be very clean and the staff was very friendly especially PK. He did help finding the good places to try food, places to look for apartments and good times to travel to avoid traffic. Though my initial reservation was for 2 days, I extended it by couple of weeks. It is difficult to find such a clean and nice hotel. I definitely recommend this new hotel for folks looking to stay near Spring or The woodlands.
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Super nice staff, very updated modern rooms and nice snacks and amenities in the lobby. BEST price found in the area!! You wont be disappointed.
