The hotel staff was horrible with the check in. i called orbitz to change my check-in date from December 23 from the December 24th because i had made a mistake. They said they still had December 23rd in their system and i was a no show on the 23rd and that orbitz never called the hotel to adjust the reservation to checking in on December 24 and checking out on December 26 even though i showed the reservations in my orbitz suit case itineraries. they gave me a hard time also on the second day of my stay because they said i did not have reservations on that date either. the front desk made me call orbitz to straiten it out instead of them calling orbitz.The day prior to that they were also wanted me to call orbitz until i told them i wanted to speak to the manager and she finally called orbitz to straighten the reservation out. The manager said i was all set and the next day they said it wasn't. They never apologized for the mix up to me.

Excellent location right off 91. Price was excellent even including breakfast. food both dinner and breakfast excellent. Mini frig in room. Very clean. Staff all top notch. Only negative was low on staff to accommodate later evening dinner. Had large party which was a priority. That said I sat for 15-20 minutes with no acknowledgement. Several people came and went. Would have been happy with acknowledgement and offer of a drink. ( Which I finally asked for myself) I could see people mingling in the kitchen. Gal at check in desk came over shortly after and took my order. worth waiting for
Staff were friendly. Gave my daughter a couple of bandaids for blisters. The food wasn’t great. Breakfast eggs were dry, for example. Surprised that they charged me $10 for overnight parking - a charge that seemed unnecessary and was never told to me during check-in. They didn’t even ask for my automobile details (or whether I was even driving a car).
It was an okay property. The lights outside was not bright enough outside.
