Hotel was clean but has seen better days. No handicap parking in rear of building and no ramp onto the side walk even with a wheel chair accessible room in the back

Staff nice and accommodating, but place could be cleaner. Toaster or continental breakfast could be included at the price of $59/night.

Hotel has roaches yet it had been raining for almost a week so that could have caused it.

The location is excellent, everything is close by, shopping & dining. The room was comfortable & clean. The staff were very friendly. I couldn't get connected to the WiFi but other than that, it was great. I would recommend this hotel & having a kitchen with refrigerator in the room is always a plus.

I stayed for four nights and only paid about $188 with all taxes and fees included. I didn't feel unsafe or like I'd catch something. The location was pretty decent. I didn't have high expectations, so the room's "quirks" weren't too much of a let-down. Stain on the sheet, temperamental heat/air unit, some noise from neighbors and our clunky refrigerator. But overall, I got a good value which is what I was looking for. I wouldn't book it for a restful vacation or anything!

Good location, hotel staff was friendly, good value

When I arrived at check in I was told I had to put up a 50 dollar deposit. The site said they had irons, ironing boards and coffee maker in room. When I got in the room I saw no iron or ironing board. I did see a coffee maker but no coffee. I went to the front desk and was told that I had to buy coffee at 1 dollar a pack and I could use an iron for only 1 hour. When I went back to room I grabbed the remote and it didn't work. After checking the remote I found that it didn't have batteries. That was the last straw. I went and got my deposit back and found another motel.

I was in a last minute jam, and needed a place for nearly a week; I also had a very limited budget. This place was "fine," given those parameters, and could have been much worse. If I were in the same circumstances again (last minute trade show reservation), I'd have to consider this place again.

Slept well but the noise level was too high but I eliminated it by leaving the fan on over the cooktop

My none smoking room had a smoking room one floor down which released fumes into my room when ever the other guest was smoking. I paid additional $9.99 per week to get a fast internet connection, but it was unstable and still as slow as dial up. It is a very cheap hotel and I guess you can't expect much more for this competitive price. I ended up checking out early and switch to a different hotel.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Definitely suited for extended stays as rooms have small rangetops, sinks and kitchenware supplied. Bed was a little hard, no it was hard, room was spartan but clean enough. As usual, there was a noisy a/c unit making sleeping a challenge. You just don't get anything better unless you spend $100 plus/night. So, at $50 this place is a bargain. I asked for a top floor unit, to reduce potential noise from neighbors, Staff accommodated this request, at check-in, no problem. Building is surprisingly quiet. I'd stay there again if I were watching budget.

The staff was nice and the rooms were clean. I had no issues and I would recommend this hotel. Quite at night and everything worked. Very close to everything you need.

It is a nice stay here. I just wish that you didn't have to keep updating your keys every time you check back in. And also if you keep checking in to the same room, why they don't re-supply you with soap and shampoo is beyond me.

Great price, great stay!!!! Not the Hilton but for the price it can't be beat. Clean room (kinda small) great service from front desk. For an extended stay hotel I expected loud people, unclean rooms, stuck out in the middle of nowhere, was very surprised. We would book this hotel again for sure. One more thing, its located within walking distance of everything you want or need.

close to numerous restruants and Wallmart

This hotel is desperately in need of a remodeling and deep cleaning.

The room was not as large as I had imagined. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. I will try this hotel again at some later time.
