When we got to the hotel, the young lady at the desk was in the middle of helping someone on the phone. She didn't look at us or in any way acknowledge our presence. When she was done on the phone she hung up and started making keys for someone, there were no other customers at the desk at that time. We thought we'd be patient, maybe she just didn't want to forget what she was doing. But she never looked up at us. While she was making keys, a woman with a few children came into the lobby from the elevator and proceeded into the snack vending area. Then they stepped up to the desk in front of the employee and she started tallying up their purchases in her head and then entered a number in the computer she turned to (closer to us) and completed their transaction before finally even acknowledging our presence. She was fine after that, but it seems she should be a lot more aware of what's going on in her lobby, especially at night. And much more aware of acknowledging guests as soon as they approach the desk. I don't know if we were being ignored or if she was just clueless, but it makes for a poor first impression.

The hotel was ok at best. Our biggest disappointment was the workout facility. The weigh bench was not functional, the stationary bike was broken. The Elliptical machine was not smooth and was wore out. The treadmills were in fair condition. On our third night in the hotel we had guest above us and we could hear them most of the night. The hotel was clean and comfortable with the exception of our third night due to the noisy neighbors above us. I would suggest if you stay in this hotel you get a top floor room.

Very nice, clean and comfortable. Convenient to Greensboro coliseum.

Very clean...great value! Beds were very comfortable...staff was very friendly.

hotel was good and clean and the staff was very good but was a little disappointed that the hot tub was not working and the pool closed at 9:00

Everything was perfect! We've stayed in several hotels in Greensboro and this is one of the best! Beds were very comfortable, room was spacious, breakfast was great with professional, accommodating staff.

The staff was friendly; however, no sheets were in the room for the pullout and they would not bring them to my room. The room was VERY noisy, could hear outside traffic and elevator.

As Usual Great Room, Great Service!!! Excellent Bang For Your Buck!!!

No problems to mention. Everything as expected for the price range of hotel. Would book at this hotel again. Very close to highway and amentities.

It was a really great stay. I could have not asked for anything more. I am looking forward to my next stay with them!

I stayed one night and the Staff and room was excellent. I will stay again when I am in the area.

Enjoyed swimming, clean room, and great staff. Staff remembered my family from the last stay we had there a few weeks back.

The hotel was very clean and decorated nicely for the holidays. The staff were all very helpful, cheery and sincerely nice. My only issue was I had to check out 1 day early and missed the 2:00pm cutoff so I was charged the full next day. I had to leave because of business...there was no wiggle room there.

I was in town for a large conference at the Grandover - let me just say I work for a non-profit and we can;t pay $200 per night for a room; the room would have been more than the conference! Every aspect of the hotel was great, from the front desk staff to the spacious rooms. The rooms were large and well appointed, the bed was comfortable and everything was sparkling clean. I will definitely stay in this hotel again when I am in the area. Bring your bathing suit - I wasn't aware of the indoor heated pool and hot tub.

shop trip out of town. see above for futher details.

I loved how clean and spacious it was. And the mall was across the street!!

Excellent, newer facility with helpful staff. The room was neat, clean, and quiet. A little hard to see from the road; the sign for it is attached to the sign for the neighboring Days Inn sign. The reservation through Orbitz was fine with one exception: Orbitz gave the hotel an incorrect home address for me.

There wasn't anything to not like...We stayed there for 1 night after an event at the Greensboro Coliseum, it was close and convenient to everything we needed to get to. The staff was friendly and helpful. If they didn't know the answer to our questions about the area they found someone who did. The room was awesome! The hotel was brand spanking new when we stay, but still very nice!! Would recommend it to anyone!
