Im sorry but you need to get new beds! That had to be the worst bed i have ever slept in! I got zero sleep and was gonna check out at 1am and drive the 1.5hr back home so i could get some sleep. Also the check-in host was super unhelpful. Sorry about the terrible review
Conveniently located off the freeway, but still quiet. Breakfast was good with a nice area to sit, convenient to grab a coffee and go as well. Restaurant next door was great and within walking distance.

Room was dirty when we checked in and front desk attempted to clean it in a hurry instead of getting us a new room. We had to clean it good ourselves

The people were very friendly. Breakfast was wonderful and many healthy options. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Kids loved the bathtub!

Enjoyed having a breakfast w/coffee before starting each day. Though we did not use them having a microwave and mini refrig in our room was a bonus. Bedding was comfy.
The hotel met our expectations. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. It was easily accessible from the highway. The breakfast and dining environment were excellent. The staff we met were friendly and helpful.
Entire staff was just fantastic. Everything was as clean as a hospital. Breakfast was a huge selection, some items changing daily. I stayed seven nights.
The Hampton Inn is my wifes favorite getaway hotel. We only went 40 miles from home just to "getaway". We always find them clean, friendly and worry-free.

I sincerely wish there was more we could do to help that, but they will be repaving that within the next 6 months, so we hope that will help.
