Sliding door blinds had missing flaps so were worthless.

We had the loft. Not much privacy but room was great. Location in walking distance to town. Sprechters restaurant right there! Only complaint is breakfast offerings in lobby we're not good and they charged first packaged pastries.

Great Location to experience Lake Geneva in the Summer! Rooms dated, but comfortable! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Updates are scheduled for all the rooms! Looking forward to visiting next Summer! klf

We're a family of four, with 2 young children, and were in Lake Geneva for the weekend. - Location: Fantastic. The lake was right across the street, and the downtown area, with activities, restaurants and shops was just a couple of blocks away. - Pool: Great. There's a nice kiddie pool with small slides and a fountain that the kids loved. Lots of chairs, lots of noodles to play with, and a bar in the pool area for the parents. The indoor pool was great on a colder day and the larger outdoor pool was safe for the kids too. - Rooms: Dated. The smaller suite, which was booked as a suite, was too small for us. We should have spent more time looking at the layout. The door from the hallway opened right onto the bed area, which was small and crowded - no room for sleeping bags or the kid's cots. This made nighttime tricky, since they go to bed early. The decor was spot on for mid-80s. Otherwise, everything was fine. The room was clean, and it was great to have a little kitchen and a separate seating area. - Other: The hotel is built as sort of an L shape, with the lobby, restaurant and pool at one end. If your room is at the other end, be prepared for a long walk every day!

Prime location right on the beach and about a block away from downtown Geneva. We stayed in a loft suite that was the perfect size for our family of 5. Looking to come back in the summer to take advantage of the outdoor pool and local offerings.

The loft suite was perfect. It was very clean. Loved having 2 bathrooms. Furnishings and decor were beautiful.

Stayed over night on my way from KC to Green Bay. Great hotel with big rooms and attached restaurant.

It's a beautiful place excellent for families or individuals

We loved the room size for the price. Location to everything was perfect. The decor was outdated in the kitchen and bathroom. Carpet was dirty. For a place like Lake Geneva, just a little out of date. We would stay again though.

The room was clean and location was perfect but they were not ready with our room until 415 when check in was supposed to be available at 300. We were then rushed to check out at 10am when check out is 11am. No good for the steep price tag...

Yes I like it and would like to return in the summer.

I only use the Cove when I go to Lake Geneva, the rooms are always great and spacious, the best value...like a little home away from home...and walking distance to all.

Hotel experience was great, close to all the places we wanted to see. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

Stayed 1 night. Perfect location. Clean room. Excellent in - house restaurant. Staff friendly but some what unprofessional. Only 1 associate seemed to know what she was doing. That really had no impact on our overall stay, though. Would definitely stay here again.

The Cove is located in the middle of the Action in Downtown Lake Geneva, walking distance to many restaurants, the beach, shops, and other amenities. This hotel had both indoor and outdoor pools that could accommodate swimmers from 2 years old and up. Although I knew we would be charged a resort fee, I guess I am never sure what I should be getting at a resort other than overpriced food and drink options. If you planned on staying for more than a few days, the room had a kitchenette which we did not use, but was nice along with a fireplace. The bed in our room was literally next to the hallway and door which felt odd and a bit uncomfortable. I might come back depending on the group I would be going with and the budget that we set, but I am also open to trying other locations in the area as well.

The room was huge, clean and comfortable. It was VERY EXPENSIVE.

There were many issues not only with the room but with the staff and your Internet experience. Let me being with the room that was booked. We booked a 2 bedroom loft suite. We were told that the room with a loft and a separate bedroom with door. However this suite had the bed right next to the main door with no door for privacy for the other guests. Also, the room quality was downright disappointing. The closet door on the main floor was falling off its hinges and we spoke to housekeeping and they assured us it would be fixed. This was not done. There were numerous pictures missing off the wall, the fireplace didn’t work and the front was heavily dented. Also the beds weren’t queen beds as stated in the booking, but both were twin beds. This wasn’t a highly comfortable sleeping area with four adults. Also when the room was booked and any additional comments were asked for regarding a booking they were left uncommunicated. We noted that we had two small children joining our party and we were put next to a birthday party and directly across from a bachelorette party. This wasn’t ideal for the children and the quality of sleep they need. The communication with the staff was very disappointing. Numerous times one of my family members tried calling the front desk and there were numerous calls not picked up. When they finally got through they were told they would call back. They waited thirty minutes before they had to go downstairs to talk with somebody as the call was never returned. In conclusion, when asking for a room relocation, nothing could be done. Lastly, the Internet connection was very lackluster. I called the Front Desk and I was told if I had an Apple Product the connection would rarely work. I tried it on my multiple devices and either the connection was very poor or cut out altogether. So trying Netflix to end the night wasn’t possible.

Good place to stay, close to lake, stores and restaurants.

It was old, but it was close to lake Geneva and easy to access to downtown. And employees are so kind and take care of their customers so well. So overall clean, comfortable and accessible!

The room we got wasn't clean they change the room for us and everything was great. The hotel is clean, staff is very friendly the restaurant has great food and service.
