The mirror had missing gems fall off on it and the pieces were just put in the vanity mirror. The bed sheet on the sofa bed had a big yellow stain on it. Outlets were loose so it was hard to plug in chargers. There were juice boxes left in the fridge from previous guests. Old sponge left for washing dishes and one packet of dishwasher soap. Dish soap looked like it was thinned out with water, and the bathroom dispensers were empty. That wasn't a big deal because at least one of us brought some. A lot of the place was patched up poorly, but overall the place did what it was intended to provide for the most part.

The suite was big and clean. We did get an outdated room so the picture shown was not a true reflection. Either way location was great and within walking distance to downtown lake Geneva. Pool area was also clean and relaxing for a Sunday morning dip.

The pool was very cold. Brought the kids there to swim and it was not enjoyable in that regard. Everything else about the stay was wonderful. Place was clean, staff was exceptional.

The room was very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The attached restaurant was great and a highlight of the stay. As a whole it seemed like they were cutting corners on features that really matter, especially for families. The blackout curtains did a poor job blocking out the bright parking lots, the shower didn’t quite get hot, the indoor pool was closed, the bed wasn’t all that comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

The room was extremely clean! The staff very curteous ad knowledgabel. Drawback was the bath did not appear to have no slip tub base. Also, there was no decafe coffee. Perhaps management would consider making certain that each entrance had a 'luggage trolly' .
