Great place they need to put more than one roll of toilet paper out….when asked only gave us one roll but otherwise it was fantastic

Great place to get away. The room was spacious and very clean. Coffee in the room is horrible but I don't expect much from a hotel. Hot tub and pool were a nice amenity.
My family had an excellent experience. Our suite was clean, spacious, and our view was amazing. It truly was a “Bella vista!”
The room we had was tiny. We were under the impression there was a stove. There wasn’t. The only good thing was the beautiful view.

A unique hotel with charm. Don't go to the roof. Falling apart and no signage that says off limits.
If my previous comments to Orbitz in this forum still exist, please ignore. (I'm unable to find them, as they were submitted in response to Orbitz's email survey and not an actual review, and Orbitz has been unhelpful in locating them.) Unknown to me, my negative comments were submitted to the hotel. After that, staff/management went out of their way to remedy the situation, and things improved greatly. I was impressed with their professionalism and friendliness. They had no way of knowing that I had written my comments in the heat of the moment and did not intend for them to be interpreted as a review, but they accommodated me anyway, and I am grateful for their efforts.
Property needs update, couldn't get room service on Saturday night, etc
It's a very good place to stay with a great view of Geneva lake to go with it all.
Was absolutely fantastic. Rooms were clean and very cozy. The staff was very polite and answered every and all questions we had. Will definitely be back
