The location is why we picked the hotel and wasn't disappointed. Rooms were clean. Not the best breakfast but passable.

Great hotel. Clean rooms. Very outdated carpet in the rooms and hallways. Minor issues here and there but overall was very god stay. Perfect view from the 5th floor, BUT those cell antenas on the roof…… I can't imagine EMF numbers…… :o

We loved the hotel. My only complaint was that the fitted sheets did not fit the bed well and were slipping off. Beautiful view of the lake and close to shopping and dining. Would love to go back.

Overall we had a great experience at the hotel, since the weather wasn't the best, the kids wanted to be by the pool a lot! The room was nice and clean, we had a non-working DVD player that they replaced right away. The only reason why I didn't rate it excellent is because the hotel doesn't have many amenities.

The lake is right outside your door. It's a 2-minute walk from the downtown area. I couldn't have asked for a better location. And the rooms and facilities were great for how affordable this hotel was. I'd def stay here again, highly recommend!

so much fun and fantastic location! Please check out the brunch place next door as well!

The location is great! The hotel was very noisy with maintenance work on the outside starting at 7:00am and continued the noise until 5pm. The breakfast was below standards. Very limited internet and not able to connect most of the time. Pretty expensive stay with no beach access.

Great location,, everything was within walking distance. The view was awesome, would stay again..

The hotel was a great value. We were in Lake Geneva for a wedding and couldn't stay in the wedding block nearby but this was right next door and we paid less than the wedding block price.

The staff was pleasant and the check in process was quick. A request for a higher floor was granted quickly. However, please do no attempt to answer questions when you do not know an answer. I simply asked why does this hotel charge a resort fee? The answer I received was "because we do not know what you paid for this room when you purchased it online". That does not answer the question and this is not a 4 star resort, it is a HOTEL. Additionally, the hotel is aware of what is paid because it is printed on the sign in sheet for the guest to sign! So that answer was incorrect. The room did have a great view (lake view, what I paid for) and for the most part up to date. The bath tub was stained/dirty so needless to say I showered with my flip flops on. The hotel was super quick to deliver extra towels when I requested them. Also, a prior guest spilled pink nail polish on the bathroom floor and it was never cleaned up properly. It was still is on the floor, bathroom cabinet and the transition strip from the ceramic to the carpet. The lobby and main floor areas need a serious upgrade to even begin to reflect the prices they charge, it reminded of a frat house. The Christmas decorations however did look pretty. The area where the hotel serves a 'very light continental' breakfast smelled horrible!! The hotel is in walking distance to everything which is an awesome feature especially in the summer! It was very quiet there as well for the season. Come summer, I do not know! Room Tip: Choose the lake view because it not only includes a view of the lake, you also get a balcony!! The park view does not have a balcony at all. Request the highest floor you can, better views.

Great last minute stay while visiting daughter at UW-Whitewater, not too far away. Perfect location to enjoy the town and lake activities. Desk staff very helpful in actuvity selection .

Walk everywhere & enjoy this great location by shops, restaurants & lake. The view is awesome from the balconies. Upgrade your room from "parkview" (parking lot side without balcony) to "lakeside" to enjoy the lake breeze, sunshine & watching the activity on the water. The hotel is older but well kept. Breakfast is very limited & in a crowded room. Skip it. Outdoor pool is refreshing & the hotel entrance has a lovely landscaped area full of flowers. Wifi is slow if you are fortunate to get logged in. The bed was so soft & pillows wonderful. Not the most sound-proof of rooms or hallway but the other guests were considerate especially ones with kids. We were pleased & quite happy with our stay. Will come back!

Location, location, location! This hotel is right in downtown Lake Geneva so you are in within walking distance to everything. If you really want to enjoy your stay here, upgrade to a room with a balcony (your room faces the lake and the view is wonderful). The rooms and outdoor furniture are a little out dated but are clean.

We had a fantastic view of the lake, well worth the extra fee. Close to everything. Staff was very friendly . Clean room

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. It is an excellent location. Close to the lake and town. You have the best of both worlds. Great restaurant right on the grounds, Gino's East Pizza. If you wanted to just people watch you could sit by the pool or up on your balcony. Great spot, great food and location

Was very relaxing. there wasnt any people in the pool and we could swim alone, We enjoyed the comfort of the big beds and all the pillow.

-View was pretty, but we only got 30 seconds to enjoy it. Got there late and left in a hurry morning. -Breakfast will put away after 9 am. -Nice restaurants nearby (walking distance), one even opens to 11 pm. -Has microwave, toaster, fridge, sink inside the room, very nice!

Great location and view of the lake. It took 10 hours for the heat to fill the room at 90 degrees on high.

We loved the location of the hotel and the view! We will probably stay here again. You will want to ask for a lake view on the third or fourth floors or you will be looking at a roof top! The Geno's East restaurant there was great, food and service!

Very pleasant staff. Great location just overlooking the lake. Small but cozy balcony. Very good rates although weekend rates would be almost double in summer. Only drawback - staff seemed to know little about area attractions which is unusual in a resort town.
