Room was beautiful and clean, but our first room was infested with stink bugs. They did move us to a new room and gave us a $50 meal voucher, but the new room still had a bug issue as did the breezeway, just not as severe as the first room. Then as my wife was checking out the elevator stopped working. They sent an engineer over right away, but my wife was wary to get in because it kept stopping and getting stuck. When I called the resort, they made it seem that the problems were out fault as we checked out an hour late (we assumed it was an 11:00 am check out, yeah our mistake, but who's ever heard of a 10 am checkout) and there was nothing they could do beyond another breakfast voucher on our next trip up there because we had booked through Expedia.
