The room was very nice. Check in was quick and easy and the customer service all around was top notch!
I was very impressed with the room, nice design, spacious, up to date. The spa on the property was very nice as well, we waited in the bar/coffee area, relaxed. We enjoyed the services there, very relaxing pedicure.

My wife and I stayed one night. The room was wonderful, a step above most hotel rooms. It had large windows that overlooked a beautiful golf course and picturesque rolling landscape. That said, the walls and ceiling are paper thin. We could hear conversations (at 2am) from the next room, which was a common lounge - they were by no means talking loud. Plus we heard the person above us get up with their alarm (at 5:30am), heard their shower like it was in our room, and could hear every step they took - again I'm sure they weren't trying to be noisy, and I'm glad they didn't turn their tv on. Needless to say we did not get much sleep that night. Because of this we definitely cannot recommend staying here.

Not a traditional Hotel but was absolutely lovely. The room is located in a house that is part of gated golf community. It is little far from downtown Lake Geneva which was nice since there was more privacy. Would stay here again.
Could be better. Room is starting to wear. Staff is accommodating. Finding the room is tricky. Don't be afraid to come on late your room key is at the guard shack and they are knowledgeable. Room over looks the 18th hole and has pretty views. Plenty of food venues near by and downtown has lots of shops. Parking is a challenge.
Very clean spacious rooms. Didn't spend much time in the well appointed common areas, but several other guests did during our stay. Perfect location if you're attending a wedding at Geneva National-it's just over a block away.
