loved it very clean, gr8 customer service. easy check in. the breakfast was not good.

Staff did all they could to give us a positive experience during these fun COVID restrictions. Full pool area experience with extremely friendly lifeguard staff. Cleanest hotel room I've seen in a long time. One oddity....round toilet seat on an elongated bowl. Other than that it was a great stay and we will be going again!

Hotel was nice. Hallways were in need of some sprucing up and light bulb replacement.

There were some negative reviews about this place. Not sure why. We had great, friendly service. Place was clean and everything but the laser maze was open. Laser maze was broke which happens.

I enjoyed the pools and the restaurant. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable.

Overall cleanliness was mediocre. Carpeting throughout was stained. Public bathrooms on 1st floor were dirty and garbage never taken out. Our room on 1st floor had a smell and dirty areas, furniture was very worn, bedding didn't match, very dark as room had minimal lights/lamps. Both waterparks were very nice. Food was ok, coffee counter's food options were overpriced and other breakfast option was basic buffet that is typically included in most hotel stays was $13 and didn't open until 8am. Overall, food and room seemed overpriced for what we got.

The water park was excellent; however, the room was so very dark and dingy. It seemed clean, but it seemed dated and dark.

We really enjoyed staying here. There were a lot for the kids in our group to do.

Amazing resort to stay at! Lots to do just on site family friendly. Water park is nice

Nice room, water park is perfect for my kids. Not too crowded which was perfect for us.

The room was next to the dumpster corral so I got woken up by that several times. The room walls are paper thin so I got woken up by the kids in the room next-door several times. The toilet ran for about five minutes every time you flushed it. The thermostat did not work very well and the air-conditioner did not kick on resulting in a stuffy hot room. The room Price was also very deceiving. The room was advertised at $88 a night but after $50 of taxes fees and a property charge it was closer to $140. I wish I had driven the extra 7 miles to Tomah.

Perfect place to go with little kids!!! The arcade was fun and Friday night Fish at the restaurant was great!!!

The water park was the highlight. Only one elevator to get to rooms so had a long wait for the elevator. The beds were horribly hard, you could hear walking, banging on the floor above until 2 AM, and could hear talking from rooms next door. The hotel was pricey so thought they should have had a free continental type breakfast, but they did not. We ate at there breakfast buffet, that was good but spendy for breakfast. If I go back it would be the water park that brought me back not the hotel.
