Nice hotel with friendly staff. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Ate at the Ground round just over the interstate and the food, drink and atmosphere was very good. There are a number of other restaurants in the area for your choosing. The Perkins Restaurant attached to the hotel was clean and nice place for breakfast. The hotel offered a grab and go bag which contained a bottle of water, breakfast bar and a banana if you were in a hurry which was a nice touch. they also have free coffee in the reception waiting area. Overall a very good experience at a excellent rate through Orbitz.

I paid over $100 for a room. It was clean, but needed updating. I could of paid half that at a super 8 and got the same kind of room. I pay more, to have a nicer experience. I. Pillows and the bath tub are half the size of a stand size. Wasn't up to code with electrical plugs being used on the fridge in the room. There were 4 smokers that hung out our back door and sat on the concrete steps. Nothing like trying to squeeze through and get some secondhand smoke.

There are plenty of hotels to choose from in Tomah. Some on the high end, and some on the low, but you'll find no better value, and no more friendly, willing, and able staff than the good folks at Best Western Tomah Hotel. The rooms are clean, and satisfying. The indoor pool comes complete with, hot tub, air hockey table, pool table, exercise room, and outdoor courtyard. It also has a chair assisted lift to allow handicapped guests access to the pool and the tub. We took advantage of the private business center and the spacious meeting rooms for our business stay. The staff accommodated us long before we arrived. They provided everything we needed from table and chairs, to projector, refreshments, power, pens, and more. And,...they did it all with a smile. What a breath of fresh air, to find that SERVICE is still alive in the Service business. Hospitality, Courteousness, and Professionalism are alive and well at this hotel. And, to wrap it all up, in a cheese fill crepe, they top everything off with a free breakfast at the attached Perkins Pancake House. Why pay the big bucks for the luxury brand hotels when you can sleep in comfort, let the kids play in the pool, get some exercise, access the NET, print your reports, hold your meetings, and eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all in the same location. You can even walk next door a buy some of Wisconsin's best cheese products at the the local cheese store. Stop searching, Save your money, Keep your sanity, and Enjoy a good night's sleep. Best Western won't let you down.

Ok place to stay. Friendly staff. Quiet room. Long walk to get to the room from the lobby. Bar was closed on sunday. Heater/AC needs to be cleaned.

The hotel was clean, etc. with nice staff and an adjoining Perkins restaurant where a voucher is used for a free b'fast (or $5 off a larger one). The only issue I have is, like many hotels, the mattress would be better if it were flipped since the beginnings of two body imprints was beginning.

On our way to the family Christmas, this was a nice stop. The hotel was clean, staff courteous and it was a pet-friendly place. Late check-in allowed us to get further down the road and not worry about a place to stop.

I was on a road trip for work and just needed a place to stay for the night. I just wanted a nice, clean, quiet place to stay that also had wireless Internet access and it met all my expectations. I'd stay again. I can't speak to any amenities like a swimming pool or workout room, but it had a great location right off the Interstate and a variety of restaurants nearby, including a Perkins right next door.

Very good...no complaints! Great place...SUPER place!

We only stayed one night but was noisy. The room was very clean and the bed was great. I liked ther ias a resturant in the hotel

The location was great! Right off the main road. It was also nice to have Perkins attached and the 10% off coupon was a nice touch as well. One suggestion here, maybe do a 15 or 20 % off the first time and then do additional 10% offs after that! Rooms were clean and fresh. Housekeeping did a wonderful job of cleaning up the room after we had left for the morning. (I have really long hair and when I straighten it, a lot tends to get pulled out. I tried to keep it all in the garbage, but I don't always get it all. When we got back to our room the floor was spotless!!!) I pool area was great also. Clean, had towels available to use. One suggestion for this---the time. We stayed at a hotel recently that offered pool time for until 10 pm for supervised children but adults could swim 24 hrs. The first night we got to this hotel it was 10:45 and so we didn't get to use the pool. Just a suggestion. Overall we were very pleased with our stay!

Pam, at the front desk was so customer friendly. I needed an office max or Kinkos to fax some pages and she offered to do it for me. I thought that was very nice.

It was surprisingly nice inside and everyone was very friendly.

The front desk confirmed our room was "non-smoking", but there were ash trays and our clothes smelled like cigarette smoke the next day.

The front desk clerks was very nice. The room was clean. The pool was not very clean not sure if chlorine levels checked often enough. Hot tub was too dirty to even go in. My teenage boys like that Perkins was attached to hotel so they could go get late evening snack by themselves.

Hotel was very clean, bed was very comforatable and bathroom spotless. Saturday evening receptionist/clerk was very friendly and helpful, sunday morning receptionist could improve her customer relations - kind of crabby. For me, it was great stay, but ehy could use a ontinental breakfast. perkins next door not that great.

Was in the area to walk a half marathon. Good location to relax the night before.

Cranberry fest in Warrens

Soap and shampoo from a previous guest were still in the shower. The fridge was filthy and still contained items from previous guests.

We had a great time. Great location. The pool and hot tub were great. What stands out is the beds were comfortable and I love the linens on the beds. the linens seemed well kept, very clean and very comfortable.

We were pleased to get a nice newer hotel in Tomah. The staff could have been a bit more proactive about asking if we had a priority club number or if we needed directions or offering coupons or discounts for the surrounding restaurants. The highways were nearby. Plenty of restaurants. Easy access on and off the highway.
