Nice; convenient downtown upscale hotel. Helpful staff even on a weekend with a convention in town.
Great Historic Hotel! Great staff! Great ambiance
We had the 2 bedroom suite, room 325. It was amazing. It was a very large 2 bedroom apartment. Complete with a library and an office. 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen stocked with all the extras a kitchen needs. The living room had a fire place, directv and a huge sectional that could easily sleep 2 people. It also had laundry machines in the apartment! The master bedroom had a walk in closet the size of a bedroom and a nice bathroom attached. It was just amazing. We will be staying here, and requesting this particular room, every time we come to Milwaukee! The pictures online did not do the room justice at all.
Although we had some trouble with our room keys, the staff was very helpful. But then we got into our room and found a dirty towel in the bathroom which was unacceptable. Besides that, everything was great! Nice room, nice staff, and a great breakfast with variety.
