The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful providing recommendations on how to get to Summerfest. Overall our room was clean. The coffee pot in our room was missing parts and not usable. There is a gift shop in the hotel lobby with Starbucks but it was not open to our disappointment (And it was Thursday at 10am, not an odd time.) Overall, stay was good.

The hotel was in a good location for the show we were seeing. We like the convenience of the bar/dining. However it was so loud when we walked in to register as their was a group of young people there using the open space on 2nd floor. The elevators were always full and one wasn't working. We were given a room across from the elevators so we asked to be moved and were. We've stayed here numerous times because of the location but will rethink that next time. Also, I've never understood why the doors to parking are not all automatic. It's a pain to have to open the one when carrying luggage. Also, not a fan of having to use the elevator to go down to registration then get back on to go up to my room.

The hotel itself was great! Very clean, good sized rooms, comfortable. The only issue we had was we were charged twice for the room - once buy Orbitz and once by the Hyatt. Luckily we caught this before leaving the next morning. We stopped at the front desk to ask about it. They said that the person who checked us in accidentally charged us, but they had just caught it right before we came to ask about it. I will give them the benefit of the doubt because every time I have stayed here it has been a positive experience and the rooms are always very nice.

I had a very pleasant stay, I was however a little disappointed in the vending machines on each floor, tried looking for bottled water after hours, checked 5 floors of vending, all were empty of bottled water. Otherwise pleasant stay.

Hotel was superb! Staff helpful for giving me the good places to eat nearby before the game. Hotel located across the street from arena. Staff went out of the way to give directions to the interstate upon departure.

Excellent downtown location. Easy walk to the Bradley Center and downtown restaurants and bars

We've stayed here a number of times and like the location, near theaters and a favorite restaurant. This visit it was quieter than usual because, we think, of the group staying at the hotel. The staff was friendly especially our server after the show in the bar/restaurant area. However, there were things missing from our room. There was no luggage stand. Usually big chain hotels provide body lotion, they did not. And, there was only one face/wash cloth for two people. We didn't alert the staff because it was late and we were about to shower. We were unable to get bottled water out of two vending machines but were given water, not our money back, at the front desk the next day.

My wife and I had seperate rooms, with the same comments. Very relaxing, quiet and classy.

Overall nothing really bad to say but could use updating and provide some free parking and continental breakfast for the guests with the prices they charge.

Close to Bucks Stadium. Very convenient location.

Overall, nice hotel. However, the front desk never picked up when you called from your room. Tried called several different times to several extensions to set a wake up call. No one ever picked up.

Bathroom flooded. When air conditioner started, we got stuffy noses.

The hotel staff was very accommodating; we had a great view of the city and the room was nice!

Beautiful, spacious hotel with comfortable beds and spacious clean rooms. Large tv, most friendly staff, including housekeepers and dining staff. Included a complimentary buffet breakfast until 11 am. Everyone treated us royally! Would definitely stay again!!

disappointing experience for a diamond member- was not recognized

Overall, I had a good experience with my stay at the Hyatt Milwaukee. I paid extra for a city view and was not disappointed. Only downside was the bathroom vents smelled like someone had been smoking. I mentioned to hotel staff upon checking out. The hotel is close to everything including local bars and restaurants. Parking garage was nice however they need to make a sign stating if you pay for parking, you must leave immediately. We had paid the box for our overnight parking, went out for lunch, and when we got to the parking box to leave, it stated we owed an extra $10. We got a worker who informed us we needed to leave immediately after paying otherwise it would make us owe extra. We were able to get it waived but would be nice to inform guests of this rule

The hotel is nice and the food is good. Great location to get in and out of around the city. Not so sure about getting out and about of that parking garage, but it's still not that bad. I believe if I had to do this location again I would do Valet Service. The Valet Service fees aren't bad, if you don't mind the garage hassle.

The room was great! The hotel was great! I called ahead of time to add parking to my room. After talking too 2 agents an supervisor about their website deal(30 minutes) they said didn't exist they finally agreed I was right but a manager had to approve. Manger said he had to talk to revenue manager and would call back. He never called back. I'm very disappointed in the manager and the customer service.

Was different not what I expected not like the normal Hyatts
