This hotel needs major renovations to bring it up to modern standards. They don't clean the rooms unless you ask. You need to ask for a coupon every evening for a free breakfast. Small things need repair that they are ignoring, like the light on the elevator call button which tells you that the elevator will be coming (otherwise, you don't know).

Nice facility. Came down for a 1 night stay for a Bucks game. Very close proximity to Fiserv and much to do around the location.

When pulling up to hotel staff met me at car and was incredibly friendly and helpful. He set the bar high as far as staff goes. The “free” breakfast was not very good and options were limited.

Wonderful hotel among downtown, easy to get to everywhere. Went to a Concert at Fiserv

I will not use this hotel ever again, room was dirty, no clean towels, wrong beds, no soap, no cups, no coffee, nothing about the room or the service staff was acceptable. The only people that were helpful were the Doorman and his team. We will not reccomend or go back to this Hyatt! i will let me friends know about the lack of service, etc.

Our room was definitely showing its age and wear.

Walls were paper thin and staff did nothing to curb loud guests in the middle of the night. This property is one of the older "atrium" style Hyatts, with the hallways all open in the middle of the building. As a result, you can hear EVERYTHING. Folks down in the bar, watching the game until late at night- check. Guests letting their children run up and down the hallways outside rooms at 2am - check (yes, that happened, and went on for a good long while), folks in the rooms next to you talking loudly - check and check (one for each side of our room). All that noise makes for a pretty lousy night's sleep.

My room was out dated. The desk the bathroom vanity night stands all need to be replaced my comforter was flat the fluff was gone held to light see right through it all the down gone.

Was the perfect place for all things we needed

It is a supposed to be a full service hotel and it is not cheap, yet the bar was closed by 10PM for sure. I don't care if it is not real busy, it is should be available to its customers until at least midnight in my opinion. very disappointing when you come downtown to make a night of it and deal with this total disregard for the visitors good time.

This property was very close to everything we wanted-nars, food , and the Fiserv venue! Our room Was decent. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner!

Excellent customer service!

Hotel was fine. Some things were not that clean, sheets, bathroom, but we were only staying one night, so didn’t really mind.

Everything was well appointed in the entire hotel. Only complaint was the cost of the self serve breakfast. Had to ask for it to be restocked and some was not warm. But it was then corrected.

I got charged from the hotel for the room as well as Orbitz. Turned into a $700 night.

Check in was a mess
