Our trip started off rough with a horrible flight and then a nasty hotel I had booked! After 20 mins in the room we left, and I started to search rooms in downtown! We booked the Hyatt and it was an amazing choice! The room was clean and beautiful, far from what our first hotel was!! Every time we came in or out we were greeted with smiles! Then when we checked out Monday morning, went to airport, we learned our flight had been canceled!! We had nowhere to go! I called the Hyatt in tears because we had already checked out, and they told me I could come back to my room and could even have a late check out!! They saved my life! Ha! I’ve had a crappy trip but the Hyatt has helped ease the pain!

We chose this hotel because we knew it was walking distance to the concert venue. I have stayed here many times for events and work. I’ve found that if you have a room on the outer square it can get loud from the bar below. We were lucky to get a room down the hallway. Overall th hotel is fine. However, I rated it low because we had stopped in the bar before the show as did a number of people. There was only ONE bartender who did not change his pace when the bar began filling up. He would take one order and go fill a beer or make a drink then another. He could have filled two at the same time. He took our order, one of which was a cosmopolitan. He said it would take awhile which we said was OK. However, it took him forever to wait on four women. Then he walked past us and took orders from three men and tried to chit chat with them. They didn’t want to as they had waited for a long time. We left and got a drink at th venue. We were not th only people who walked out. After the show the same bartender was there but also a pregnant young woman. She worked her butt off while, again, he didn’t change his pace. I sure hope they didn’t have to share tips. The manager, I presume, came in and spoke with the woman bartender covering his mouth with a piece of paper. Many patrons thought this was quite funny. There were a number of things he could of done, like have her turn around to the back of the bar and talk. Our check-in person was friendly and great.

Booked this hotel the day of my trip to see an event at the Bradley Center. I decided to stay the night due to weather moving in. The hotel was walking distance to the arena. The rooms were nice, bed was okay could be a bit better. Has a restaurant, bar, and gift shop in the lobby but can not speak to them as I did not use them. Only complaint was I did not see any food vending machines.

Staff was very friendly. They let me check in early. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location in downtown.

Chose the hotel since it was within walking distance of the BMO Bradley Center for an event we were attending. The staff was very helpful with recommendations for additional places to visit. There is a great strip of taverns just down the street. Parking can be somewhat tricky, but overall, the experience was good.

Broken shower. Broken lights. Overcompensating with an aggressive and unpleasant sent. Would not stay at this location again.

Nice; convenient downtown upscale hotel. Helpful staff even on a weekend with a convention in town.

Premium level hotel connected to Wisconsin Center events via skywalks. Drawbacks were price of Bistro 333 Restaurant and gift store for coffee, water, etc. No pool does not work well for families. Other than that top notch hotel downtown.

Great and Friendly staff from valet to front desk to restaurant

very positive. staff goes out of their way to b helpful. look forward to a return.

mBeds have super comfy mattress toppers and sheets are very luxurious. Staff is kind and eager to help.

Staff was friendly, helpful, professional. Food and drinks were good. Beds very comfortable.

Hotel was clean and overrall very nice! The bell staff did not offer to help with luggage which was disappointing. Parking is terrible.

Stayed for one day and had an enjoyable experience.

Nice Hotel, walking distance to downtown and nearby restaurants. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.

Quiet room. Beds were very comfortable. Good quality pillows. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Faith who checked us in. We we're traveling with our 7 month old. Faith had a crib brought to the room and brought us some baby shampoo. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

I was getting married, so there were several rooms under people with the same last name and people with multiple rooms under their name. They couldn't understand and wouldn't give out room keys to everyone. It took several calls and trips to the front desk and some people were still denied room keys and had to leave their luggage in a closet. other than that the hotel was nice, clean and had good views of the river and downtown.

Average hotel. The room was clean. The staff was OK, the location is great, bed was comfortable.

WILL STAY AGAIN... Excellent location. CLOSE TO EVERYWHERE.

My family and I stayed at the hotel for the Joyce Meyers Conference the night of August 11th. We checked out on August 12th. To my surprise I woke up on August 12th to a phone call from my bank. They put my account on fraud alert because the hotel had three different pending transactions and a fourth one soon to follow. I spoke with the staff and the manager and let them be aware that my total stay cost was $407.90. Well they let me know that they put two $25 charges for my two rooms (for if any damage is done to the rooms). I was not aware that this hotel does that and I have never heard of such. Mind you no damage was done to hotel rooms. Also with the charge they charged me twice for the hotel rooms instead of doing one whole charge together for due amount. The manager at the front desk adjusted the last charge so That it would come out to the $407.90 but instead she overcharged me about $4.00. This may not sound like a lot but for all I had to go through with the back and forth with my bank and hotel it is extremely frustrating to know that I was ripped out and given poor service.
