I was getting married, so there were several rooms under people with the same last name and people with multiple rooms under their name. They couldn't understand and wouldn't give out room keys to everyone. It took several calls and trips to the front desk and some people were still denied room keys and had to leave their luggage in a closet. other than that the hotel was nice, clean and had good views of the river and downtown.

Average hotel. The room was clean. The staff was OK, the location is great, bed was comfortable.

WILL STAY AGAIN... Excellent location. CLOSE TO EVERYWHERE.

My family and I stayed at the hotel for the Joyce Meyers Conference the night of August 11th. We checked out on August 12th. To my surprise I woke up on August 12th to a phone call from my bank. They put my account on fraud alert because the hotel had three different pending transactions and a fourth one soon to follow. I spoke with the staff and the manager and let them be aware that my total stay cost was $407.90. Well they let me know that they put two $25 charges for my two rooms (for if any damage is done to the rooms). I was not aware that this hotel does that and I have never heard of such. Mind you no damage was done to hotel rooms. Also with the charge they charged me twice for the hotel rooms instead of doing one whole charge together for due amount. The manager at the front desk adjusted the last charge so That it would come out to the $407.90 but instead she overcharged me about $4.00. This may not sound like a lot but for all I had to go through with the back and forth with my bank and hotel it is extremely frustrating to know that I was ripped out and given poor service.

Was pleased with the location but Orbitz has charged my credit card once and for more than the correct amount and Hyatt has now charged my card twice for one night stay!

My stay started out negative when the day before leaving I realized that parking was going to cost $25.00 per day. When we arrived the cost was now $28.00 per day. The room was very basic, no frills for the cost. Most of the outlets didn't work, there was no blanket on the bed and no spare blanket in the room. If I were to go again to this area, I would get a Best Western further out of the city and just take a taxi to the event. Probably would have saved money and had a more comfortable stay.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful providing recommendations on how to get to Summerfest. Overall our room was clean. The coffee pot in our room was missing parts and not usable. There is a gift shop in the hotel lobby with Starbucks but it was not open to our disappointment (And it was Thursday at 10am, not an odd time.) Overall, stay was good.

The hotel was in a good location for the show we were seeing. We like the convenience of the bar/dining. However it was so loud when we walked in to register as their was a group of young people there using the open space on 2nd floor. The elevators were always full and one wasn't working. We were given a room across from the elevators so we asked to be moved and were. We've stayed here numerous times because of the location but will rethink that next time. Also, I've never understood why the doors to parking are not all automatic. It's a pain to have to open the one when carrying luggage. Also, not a fan of having to use the elevator to go down to registration then get back on to go up to my room.

The hotel itself was great! Very clean, good sized rooms, comfortable. The only issue we had was we were charged twice for the room - once buy Orbitz and once by the Hyatt. Luckily we caught this before leaving the next morning. We stopped at the front desk to ask about it. They said that the person who checked us in accidentally charged us, but they had just caught it right before we came to ask about it. I will give them the benefit of the doubt because every time I have stayed here it has been a positive experience and the rooms are always very nice.

I had a very pleasant stay, I was however a little disappointed in the vending machines on each floor, tried looking for bottled water after hours, checked 5 floors of vending, all were empty of bottled water. Otherwise pleasant stay.

Hotel was superb! Staff helpful for giving me the good places to eat nearby before the game. Hotel located across the street from arena. Staff went out of the way to give directions to the interstate upon departure.

Excellent downtown location. Easy walk to the Bradley Center and downtown restaurants and bars

We've stayed here a number of times and like the location, near theaters and a favorite restaurant. This visit it was quieter than usual because, we think, of the group staying at the hotel. The staff was friendly especially our server after the show in the bar/restaurant area. However, there were things missing from our room. There was no luggage stand. Usually big chain hotels provide body lotion, they did not. And, there was only one face/wash cloth for two people. We didn't alert the staff because it was late and we were about to shower. We were unable to get bottled water out of two vending machines but were given water, not our money back, at the front desk the next day.

My wife and I had seperate rooms, with the same comments. Very relaxing, quiet and classy.

Overall nothing really bad to say but could use updating and provide some free parking and continental breakfast for the guests with the prices they charge.

Close to Bucks Stadium. Very convenient location.

Overall, nice hotel. However, the front desk never picked up when you called from your room. Tried called several different times to several extensions to set a wake up call. No one ever picked up.

Bathroom flooded. When air conditioner started, we got stuffy noses.

The hotel staff was very accommodating; we had a great view of the city and the room was nice!
