It was comfortable and pleasant per usual

It was, overall, alright. But the televisions and channel access sure need an upgrade. Not the most comfortable bed or pillows; I recognize that’s a subjective opinion. Parking price is pretty steep. Don’t know if it’s worth the price. FYI, I think this was the 3rd time I’ve stayed there.

Centrally located

It was a very nice hotel. The only negative was that there's not a microwave in each room.

Awesome location. We’re so used to the staff rolling out the red carpet for us and making us feel like VIPs, this time we were so disappointed. The front desk attendant was extremely flat. Appetizers and breakfast in the governors lounge have gone extremely downhill. Bartender is amazing and drinks are delicious. Not quite as good of a deal as it used to be though with the lack of amenities

Close to the square and State St.

If you're visiting the University this is nicely located for walking. Pool, Sauna, Exercise room and whirlpool all right next to each other with lounge chairs. Makes a very nice space for relaxing. Loved the Bar/Restaurant as well. Breakfast/Lunch were a little pricey. Our room had a great view of the Capitol Bldg.

Our room was very nice. Very clean! Staff was very nice. Parking garage is awful. We, along with two others, scratched the top of our car on low structures. I’m not sure what can be done about it, but it is not good. An upgrade on the TV’s in the room is needed. One other thing is that the elevators are super slow. Otherwise, we loved the location!!! And the hotel is very very nice overall.

All/ nothing

Located just off the capitol square, and so an easy stroll to Madison’s famous Saturday farmer’s market, this hotel was clean, nicely appointed and a very pleasant place to stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the fitness room is well equipped and roomy, and my room was clean and quiet. The price was reasonable, too.

Loved how close it was to capital and state street. Easy access to both east and west Madison as well.

The service is fantastic. The restaurant had a delicious Valentine's meal. Everything was really clean and safe.

Great property, great location, convenient underground parking and nice pool and fitness areas.

Love the modern yet classic decor! The Governors Club is definitely worth the upgrade, you won’t regret it! Having a specialty cocktail or glass of wine with appetizers and dessert while overlooking the Capitol building in the Governor’s Club Lounge feels like real luxury! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back when we return to Madison.
