I was disappointed with the two-bedroom suite. Everything was outdated and some things were in disrepair, like the living room lamp and bedroom door blinds. It wa cramped and difficult to find space for a pack and play. I cancelled a future reservation based upon my experience. The staff was courteous and friendly.

all expectations were met. Met with my son and his wife. Had a great time in the pool with our grandson. Having a suit was really nice we they came over.

Everything was great the room and all the hotel staff I would definitely stay there again when I come to Madison

good choice of restaurants - the hotel met our expectations

the breakfast was good, not great. Not enough staff to replenish things that needed refilling. Maid service for the 2nd day was also not great. All things considered, though, I would rate the hotel very good for the price

My boyfriend and I totally enjoyed the place. Good morning breakfast. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Great hotel stay - kind of pricey, even with discounts - but everything is. Comfortable beds, clean, full kitchen and much better than average breakfast offerings. Near east Madison - convenient to many things. Great for a family with the suite option - 2 tvs and plenty of room to spread out.

Very comfortable room for our family of 5. Great breakfast in the morning. A little off the beaten path but great value and worth it.

We stayed 2 separate nights in 2 different rooms. The rooms have a nice kitchen living room area, large bathroom and bedroom with door. Tvs in bedroom and living room and a large counter for food prep or keeping your bags on. Breakfast is included that has a waffle maker, eggs, biscuits or french toast, bagels, coffee and more. The bed was uncomfortable in both rooms with a combination of too stiff and smooshy in the wrong places. The air conditioning unit in in the outer wall between the bedroom and living room and is rattling and very loud when in the bedroom. The bathroom itself is large as if to accommodate a wheelchair. The shower/tub is normal sized but feels claustrophobic from inside when the curtain across. In the second night's bathroom the water had apparently been flowing back on itself into the wall for some time because it was soft to the touch.

Problems started when we arrived at the hotel. Members of my party had reserved a total of 6 rooms, but we were told that only 1 room was available! Staff at the front desk said that they would find us accomodations elsewhere, which they did. But the whole point was our being together to celebrate. The pool is very small and I had to change the sheets on a roll away myself. Would not go back I don't think.

Guy behind the counter was extremely helpful and professional. The hotel was very nice and worked for our family of six.

Clean, good and friendly staff, excellent breakfast, all of the amenities, and we obtained a good rate The remote controls did not work with the DVD player so could not navigate DVD menu. but we could get to chapters we wanted by using the skip button. Thermostat has wide regulation band so we learned to set the temperature high to avoid cold room. Would probably stay here again.

I will definitely be staying at Extended Stay properties more in the future. This Grandstay was VERY affordable for a one-night visit. The kitchenette and "apartment-style" layout was very nice - not a standard hotel room by any means.

Hotel was very clean..Room looked great and was very comfortable..

Room was clean and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. Overall, very good experience.

I loved the room. The mini-kitchen was great. I will always look for mini-suites hotels when i'm staying more than one night now. This hotel was not crowded at all. We say very few people in the time we were there. The staff was super nice and helpful.

I ended up extending for two extra nights because they honored my original booking price. The suite I had was off in a corner and not next to anyone else. Pet charges were not mentioned on the website but it was only an extra 10 per day. The staff and housekeeping is available 24 hours of the day so you can get clean towels and trash cans emptied in the middle of the night. We stayed after a heavy storm, so the pet walking areas were a little gross due to other dogs going in the snow very close to the entrances. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is in need of an update. Nothing terrible, I have just come to expect more from the Grand Stay brand

Good location convenient to airport, highway, shopping, and restaurants. Furniture and mattress quality were reasonable for the price (the same goes for the breakfast). Toilet items (Bath and Body Works) were better than expected. The only areas I see for improvement would be more spaces in the parking lot and better coffee in room.

nice rooms, very welcoming, great breakfast, comfortable beds, reasonable price, BUT no fans in the showers, thick spiderwebs throughout and fairly large spiders present

Thank you for taking the time to offer feedback. It is regrettable that the room was not as spacious as you would like but we will ensure all lamps and blinds are in working order.
