I live on the eclectic East side of Madison Wisconsin. My house in over 100 years old and is one of the original homesteads in the area (back in the day). This house is a 2 story house with 3 bedrooms, full bathroom upstairs and 1 bathroom with shower downstairs. Full kitchen and living room, fenced in back yard (dog friendly) with a fire pit for those who enjoy an evening campfire. The propery comes with an attached 3 seasons porch with a bar if one wishes to sit inside and chill. I live 2 blocks from the Madison bike path that will take you everywhere around Dane County. This bike friendly community offers a great opportunity to tour all of the local breweries throughout Dane and surrounding area. Please come and experience Madison, the State Capital, awesome State Street (which is a must visit if you have never!), Willy Street ( another must visit for an awesome cultural experience) and SO SO much more. Saturday’s farmers market around the State Capital is definately a stop in the morning to get a coffee in one of the local coffee shops and walk around and experience all of the local vendors offering organic foods!
