Clean, updated, nice staff, roomy rooms, basic hotel that is a reasonably priced and pleasant to stay at.

I was very pleased with this hotel. I got a great deal on this hotel, and was surprised the room was so spacious. It also had a microwave, refrigerator, and two burner stovetop. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Overall hotel is great, just two things not right for me: Walls are porous and a guy was loitering which kind of looked freaky.

we were at the lower level of the hotel, and couldn't sleep because of the heavy foot steps upstairs. breakfast is hot served but not much of cold serving options. very small gym.

I had some difficulties with my booking through Expedia, and was initially told that I would have to switch rooms between my first and second nights from the first person at the desk I spoke to. I attempted my request again in the morning with a different person at the front desk. Priya was very helpful and accommodated my request to remain in one room for my entire stay. What a relief to not have to pack up all of our things and take them to the car until we could check in again. The hotel room was clean with a full size refrigerator. The tub area could have used some updating. There was remodeling occurring right next to our room, which didn't bother us, since we were early risers. The noise started at around 7 a.m., so be sure to ask if your room is located next to the remodeling zone. The made to order breakfast was excellent!

Clean & quiet with friendly staff and great complimentary breakfast.

Nice hotel, good value. Pet friendly plus kitchenette!

I had a better stay at this hotel. Our bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, and place is cleaned. Staff/Manager that checked us in and checked us out was kind and friendly. I couldn't ask for more. We are so close to the mall!

Extremely clean hotel with great amenities. Great breakfast and eating area. A good deal for the money.

I'm not a picky traveler. But I was immediately turned off by the poor customer service and attitude of the check in clerk. It's not even worth repeating the story agin he was rude. And then the bed had this metal frame around the border that was the most painful thing in the world for your shins- equivalent to old water bed frames. If I could upload the picture I would. And the dial on the shower looks like a dryer dial but it worked. The made to order breakfast was the best part of the stay hence the three stars for amenities. Overall, it wasn't worth the $93 maybe more like $43 considering the options in the area.

the hotel is unexpectedly awesome (and i travel a lot, and expect a lot) for the price...immaculately upkept, very spacious, well lit, and very clean. breakfast was simple but clean and healthy. Staff were attentive, polite and efficient. The only thing that bothered me was the sound from a room above early in the morning when everything was quiet, I could hear someone walking upstairs.

If you are on the road and just need a place to sleep for the night and to do some work in this is a perfectly fine hotel for your needs. Room had everything I needed for my business trip, and it was very quick and convenient to have the complimentary hot breakfast the next morning.

I liked the area the hotel was in, good restaurants not over priced. The accommodations were good a three star hotel, not a four star. Your paying for a four! I did feel safe, it's not close to the university or downtown as they said and they don't have a shuttle set up like the other Best Western in town, so plan on spending 40.00 on one way trips. The best part of the stay was the breakfast, good pancakes, french toast, coffee, eggs! It was annoying that the front facade was being repaired and so you had to enter and leave from a side entrance. You couldn't wait to for your taxi in the lobby.

It was a good overall facility. Had to pay $20 per night for a small dog. Room was standard. Breakfast included was convenient.

Nice hotel and decent location for the price and offering

We stay at this hotel regularly. It is relatively close to Madison where our daughter lives, and next door to the Mall and several ethnic restaurants.

The hotel, for being a chain hotel, was perfectly acceptable. We booked here because it was close to our conference site, it had free breakfasts, and had a kitchenette which we wanted to use to prepare lunches and heat leftovers to keep costs down. By chance they were re-doing the kitchen/dining area when we were there so we never got a cooked-to-order breakfast and the one they served was inedible. so we went shopping at this great natural foods supermarket nearby and came back to discover there we NO UTENSILS, dishes, or pots/pans in the kitchentte. We asked to be provided with some, and amazingly, for a hotel that has kitchenettes, they had to dig to find some old, badly used stuff to provide us. But they did so with a smile, so we didn't complain.

There was no pool at hotel which would've been nice. The hotel arranges with a local Y if you want to swim, but that isn't too convenient. Breakfast room only had one person running back and forth from kitchen, so bins of food were almost empty when we got there and we had to wait as each tray was slowly refilled. Staff was very nice. Bed was comfortable. For a quick visit, it was ok.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I arrived about an hour before check-in because I did not account for Madison being in the Central time zone, but they didnt make me wait to check in. The room was also very comfortable and I enjoyed catching a movie on HBO before I went I bed

The hotel would not allow us to use our points because we did not book directly through them. This is the first time we've had that experience. The rooms were outrageously large, but very outdated.

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel and service. We are very happy that you found our rooms pleasant even as we apologize for breakfast taking a while to be delivered. Since we do provide a made to order breakfast, at times it is like being at a restaurant where items do take longer to arrive because they are freshly prepared; I have, however, passed this comment on to management to see if there is a way we can speed up the process in the future. We hope you will still consider us on your next visit to Madison and look forward to seeing you again soon.
