The room they stuck us in was dated and rough to say the least. We had a better experience at this MicroTel in the past - very disappointed this time. And we realize it was inexpense but that should not be an excuse for the condition of the room.

The lady at the front desk was the only normal thing about this place. I asked for a pet room and this is what I got. I didn’t feel comfortable staying there as it had a large room length mirror over the bed and the room had never been cleaned. Bed, could we even call this rumpled thing made? Stained sheets, even worse mattress, visible mold and questionable stains on the wall. Phone from 1990s that must be a forgotten prop used in a bad movie, also broken and probably not usable. Old carpet, never seen a vacuum, ripped with no pile. Dirty microwave and tray. Literally stayed long enough to take the photos and got the heck outta there. Front desk lady was nice but, was quite quick with the “no refunds” as I said I couldn’t stay there. Traveling with pets shouldn’t mean you get the worse room in town. I got a better place at the IHG place across the highway for the same price, without feeling as though my organs would be stolen if I dared to sleep there.

The room (109) was very stinky (moldy/musty) and probably had smokers in it before. The carpet was old and torn, walls chipped, microwaves from the 1980's. Hallway carpet didn't seem to have been vacuumed in a long time. Two staff members ended up shouting at each other about whether or not there was another room available for a change - ultimately there was not another room available. I do not recommend this hotel.

Very disappointed!!

For the price I paid I was expecting better. The room was dirty and poorly lit. Bedsheets had stains, the window cushion had a huge bloodstain that someone unsuccessfully tried cleaning. Inside the bathroom was probably the cleanest, however, the bottom of the tub was black. While I was trying to sleep, a group of men were loud and loitering outside. I tried to call the front desk so I could address what was going on outside but the phone was unplugged. Then when I plugged it in, it did not work! I had to go to the front desk and ask to have them talk to the group so I could have some peace and quiet to sleep.

Towels are stained need some bleaching or get new towels , it’s gross to use and wipe after your shower . Tubs need to be bleach and scrub. Bed is okay .
