Receptionist nice. Clean. Fast. In our room very quickly

Room was fine for a one night stay but any longer in the room would uncomfortable. Refrigerator was plugged into an extension cord. One of the wall lights was hanging loose and did not work.

Hotel smelled including the room. I would have rated it at a 1 star vs 3 star.

Small room, small price - no frills. Good for I just need to sleep and move on use.

When checking in, my room hadn't been clean and had to come back downstairs to ask for a different one. They only had 2 that had pets in them. Since I was with others that had a room, I had to stay. The sink did not have a stopper in the sink and the breakfast was almost to the point of disgusting. We couldn't even tell if oranges were oranges, there was no batter to make a waffle, the hard boiled eggs had brown on them and the donuts even looked old. There were also only 3 tables so clearly not enough room for people to even sit down for coffee. Very disappointing for 130.00 since I could have stayed at a Hampton for 100.00 and have an awesome experience!!!

The was comfortable and the room was clean, but the TV wasn't working and the room was small.

We stayed one night. The rooms are certainly "micro" in size but that was expected. My only complaint is that our tv didn't work, and there was no remedy for it. Very clean. Front desk was very friendly. I would stay again, for $70.

Decent space, couldn't turn off heater so room was sweltering. Couldn't open window as it was 1st floor room. Not terrible for the price.

The furnishings were outdated. The sheets were very worn out. The breakfast was not very good. Very stale donuts and bagels. Would not stay here again.

TV did not work, bathroom ceiling fan did not work, shower head messed up,coffee maker in room but no coffee. No one replenish the breakfast area, Going to stick with Holiday Inn and Marriott brand Hotels

I wouldn't stay here again. Even for the price. Not the worst hotel, but not far off

You get what you pay for. Dirty and small bedroom. Many other better options in Madison. Stay away from this place

the interstate is behind the hotel to noisey also the celing had mold on it as did the wall paper in the bathroom the bed however was very comfortable one night there was a unruly renter in the next room they kept us up till 330am when I finally asked the front desk man to kickthem out since I already complanied at 1130pm. he did and the next night was better. it also seamed the ac unit would turn itself off during the night.

Bath towels like hand towels, lots of highway noise......ask for room on street side not highway side for sure! Also thin walls as lots of interior noise from adjacent rooms and hallway. Otherwise for the price OK!

Had my smoke sensitive wife and kids with me. The front entrance had at least 1000 cigarette butts scattered all over the rocks and in the planters on both sides of the entrance. Disgusting first impression, seems they never swept or clean out planter from butts at the front door. The strong cig smell permeated into the lobby area so the non smoking hotel smelled like a smoky bar while checking in. Management should clean, and move the smoking area away from the front door, just a suggestion.....

The hotel was what I expected, the price was the important point for us. The staff was polite and accomidating.

Rooms were clean. But new towels, beds and carpet are needed.
