Location was good but $20 for self parking seems a little much

I really enjoyed the front desk staff, the bar and seating area downstairs. Wish it had complimentary breakfast.

Good location and the breakfast is excellent in dining room. Nice that there is a bar in the lobby. On the down side, the gym is well equipped but small - too small for the size of the hotel. Should be 2x size for the number of guests using it. It was jammed both days I used it. Noisy heating/AC unit in my bedroom which is a problem since you can't open windows.

Had a great stay! Great location and beautiful view! Only negative was an extremely loud heating/cooling unit in the room that came on and off all night, interrupting our sleep both nights. Staff was great and very friendly.

Very nice location close to everything downtown. Nice staff. Bueatiful lake view.

Well maintained, friendly staff, has a boutique feel.

Beautiful setting, location and view over the lake. The problem was the thin walls between rooms allowed us to hear pretty much everything next door. Check in was disorganized/haphazard. Air conditioning was extremely loud and could not maintain a constant temperature in room. Aggressive "concierge" whom we did not need or request...he approached us!

No parking at hotel. Was told I could park a block away or pay for overpriced valet. Ample spots were reserved for valet but big for self park guests.

The room has a small coach to sit to watch tv & has two tv in the room. Both bathroom & room have a generously size and I love it. I didn’t like the auto fan in the room which is Kind of loud and no way to shut it off. The fitness room does not have temperature control in the room & seem it is quite warm inside.

They re-did the property and it was done very nicely. The rooms were well appointed and updated , I actually really liked the showers/bathroom. The lobby was also done very well. I've stayed at this property many times in the past, and it was in need of an upgrade. The negatives, the pool is tiny, probably better to just not have one and have a larger/nicer whirlpool and bigger gym. The gym was fine, but didn't have water that I could find. Most important, my reservation was for a lake view on a high floor. When I checked in, I was not told that my room was neither a lake view nor a high floor. So, I was not happy when I got to my room. I called down, and asked if the room should be cheaper, they said it was the same price (it was not when I booked on Orbitz). So I was pretty unsatisfied with the answer and no attempt to remedy it.

Currently under renovation which made the check in area seem small and crowded at times.

Loved that it was dog friendly, nice & clean. The bar restraunt was very nice

Room was fine but the AC unit very noice all night. Did not sleep well because of it.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The location is convenient with spectacular views. The staff was helpful and professional.

Thank you for the feedback Craig. Typically we do not see the fitness center jammed like that. Sounds like everyone came at the same time. We will get a look at that AC unit right away. I hope we have the opportunity to host you again.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Kind of strange your thoughts about our wonderful concierge, but I appreciate understanding your perspective. I'm sorry there was such a misunderstanding there.
