Great service, friendly helpful polite staff, great location.
I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels all over the world and the Pfister is (by far) the most luxurious. Everything was top-notch and I look forward to staying there again.
Place was beautiful and clean.
This hotel is beautiful, very clean and the staff is super helpful and nice.
This hotel is one of Milwaukee's most historic landmarks preserved in a tasteful and functional manner for the modern era too.
Classic and beautiful hotel. Great location. There was a problem with the utilities in that part of the city so we did not have hot water for the first night, but that was not the fault of the hotel.
Property is beaitiful and historic and also the staff were friendly and helpful at every turn.
Convenient location
It was a fantastic stay. Staff were fabulous in every regard. Bed was incredibly comfy. The cafe was top notch. Hector was the best.
The hotel was amazing! I definitely enjoyed my stay! I wish I would’ve called ahead about parking. Since I saw the sign about no valet, I parked across the street in the Jefferson lot and I paid for overnight parking but didn’t get up in time enough to renew my parking pass and I got a ticket. I wish I would’ve parked with pfister. I wasn’t aware of their parking arrangements until after I checked in. Other than that the room was great! We had the breakfast package , so we ate at cafe Pfister in the morning. Food was excellent. I also got a chance to get a massage at the wellness spa. Everything was amazing. I’ll definitely return again!
Everything was amazing minus not getting our room cleaned and refreshed. And a few times calling and asking for garbage removal a few times and having to wait til the following day and then go the front desk and have to ask again before it was taken care of.
Beautiful historic property, very attentive staff.
