I loved it I thought it was great
Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful, a big plus. cleanliness was good and room size was adequate, although the bathroom was very small and difficult to navigate. Millertimepub in the hotel was convenient and a good place to eat and drink without having to go far. Good location, not far from the river, buses, and sports arenas.
👍
Convenient location. Unfortunately, the curtains in the room wouldn't close, and there were no recycling bins. Also, validated my parking ticket and still got charged $28.00 when I left the parking garage.
The staff was excellent. The dining was excellent.
Very classic hotel
We were placed in a handicapped room without being told it was handicap accessible. The next room had faulty heating. Finally when the shift change occurred at the front desk we were treated like unhappy customers should be treated and were upgraded to a deluxe room. Customer service was a bit lacking. The hotel itself is an older facility which is fine—most downtown hotels are older. So the bathrooms are tiny with very limited vanity area. I wish the TVs were bigger especially to accommodate the larger rooms. Okay hotel if you just need to be close to activities but if you are looking for luxury I would look elsewhere.
Heating in room was not working. Room was freezing. Also, noise could be heard from adjacent rooms.
Loved the old-fashioned decor, beautiful chandeliers in the lobby and many foid / beverage choices
I liked the security and the main lobby, I didn’t like how old all of our towels looked, but they were clean
Nice place to stay near downtown Milwaukee and the lakefront.
Hotel was clean, professional staff, and a beautiful historical place to visit.
No food service for breakfast except for Starbucks. No newspaper available to purchase. Could hardly turn around in the bathroom. Way too small. Had to ask for clean towels every day. Would never stay there again.

I am so sorry the hotel was not up to your standards. Third party reservations often come through as accessible rooms as they may be the only time of room available on that site. I am also sorry it took 3 rooms for you to find a room that worked. We hope you will come stay with us again so we can try to provide you with the service you deserve.

Thank you for letting us know about your stay. I would be happy to reverse the parking charge that was on your reservation if you just contact me directly at the property.
