Staff was great at check in and Angel was awesome when checking out. Hotel was adequate and pretty clean. No room cleaning provided even after asking. Worst experience was the breakfast area … lots of empty items including coffee and the staff was not very accommodating. And we don’t have high expectations on the free breakfast set ups. Would likely look to stay elsewhere next visit.

This is a really neat property, historic building that's been remodeled with a modern flare, but retaining some of the building's original charm. Breakfast was better than the average continental breakfast, staff was generally friendly and helpful. One block from the riverwalk, so lots to see and do nearby including the Milwaukee Market. Cons: There's really no parking, we had to valet and it was quite expensive. Additionally the building sits right off the highway and also on a very active downtown street. Our room was extremely noisy, we would not have been able to sleep without earplugs.

The hotel was very clean and so was our room. Very comfortable bed also. The only downside is the parking. It is in a garage that is not attached and crossing the alley late at night as a single woman would have been creepy. Otherwise all was good.

Nice hotel, not given accessible room

Stay was very nice. My only concern is that I reserved a handicapped accessible room & a regular room, and was given two regular rooms. We managed without the accessible room, but it was more difficult than it should have been.

Really a great choice for us. Early check in was very helpful. Loved the kitchenette and location to the market. Unloading/luggage and navigating the exit from elevator to room was a bit tricky but no biggie. Very little to no parking to unload but again no biggie. Would definitely return!

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. While this room is advertised as accommodating up to four people, it really doesn’t accommodate more than three. The pull out bed was small slightly larger than a twin) and the mattress was worn out - you could feel the springs through. My daughter ended up sharing the king bed with my husband and I while my son took the sofa bed.

Friday and Saturday night really noisy. Cars racing along road outside, loud booming music, people yelling and screaming. Didn't stop until 2.30 am. Disappointed hotel didn't call police to stop it. Hotel did provide ear plugs in the room which shows they knew how noisy it gets.

We spent 2 nights at this property in 2 different rooms. The first room was SO NOISY! The noise from the street and highway was insane! You know it’s bad when there are earplugs provided. We were moved to a different room for the second night.

A HOTEL THAT GETS IT. rooms are spacious not too expensive. full refrigerator and microwave, dishes, netflix, a gym and mini laundromat in the basement. a super market next door. clean, well kept. what every hotel should be like - home away from home.
