Overall, the stay went well. Great location for staying while attending the State Fair. My only complaint is that the sheets on our pullout couch clearly hadn't been replaced (full of crumbs) so I did have to go ask for new bedding for that.

Will definitely stay there again.

This is a great place to stay with the family but our double bed room has no microwave when i ask the front for one they told me that only the suit with king bed has microwave is not fair fir my or your family that my self and my wife my two kids had to go to front desk to use the microwave they i was in the 4 th floor sometime when down and up three time a day that the only thing all else super hope they put microwave when i come back for the summer

No clean rooms until 7pm... then next mourning a lady comes in unannounced time to check out / 10:50am.. we were short 4hrs.. due to check in and basically kicked out .. we'll take business to Marriott!

Great staff, convenient location

Overall, the hotel was clean and well maintained. Two out of the three days I stayed at the hotel, guest services rarely acknowledged me when I entered or exited the hotel. Secondly, one morning, I walked to the lobby to pick up breakfast and three of the hotel employees were standing in the commons area without masks on. One of the three employees was a housekeeper. The same housekeeper proceeded to move about the first floor of the hotel without a mask on. I did not observe the housekeeper enter a room without a mask on, but this behavior is concerning. I would not want a housekeeper cleaning my room without a mask on. Additionally, the hotel mask policy was not being enforced as guests entered the hotel. First, when a family of three were in the lobby checking in and one of the family members proceeded to comment to the front desk attendant on how the front desk plastic barrier "ain't gonna protect you." Another hotel guest was walking to the ice machine without a mask on. The gentleman passed right by the front desk and nothing was said about mask use to protect the other guests. Overall, many of the hotel employees were not taking the COVID-19 safety practices very seriously. It is concerning, seeing the rising numbers in COVID cases in Wisconsin. Customer service was lacking as well for a Hampton Inn. This stay was disappointing due to the observations above.

Check in was quick and easy. I liked how the hotel had many amenities, and they provided toothpaste as we forgot ours. There little shop was filled with snacks and toiletries, which we didn't need but it was nice that there were available for purchase. Place was really clean. Only a 10min drive to shop and eat. The only thing I did not like was that we felt kicked out for check out. We over slept, someone had called our room and was rushing us out of the room and it was only 15 min past check out. The walls were quite thin, so we heard our neighbors and had trouble sleeping. Don't know if I will go back there.

Across from wi state fair. 4 or 5 year old prpperty. Nice pool and room. Would stay again.

There is a bar and grill onsite, but it closed early apparently because there were no customers. The hotel is very nice.

Clean hotel to include our room. Friendly staff during breakfast.

Great room space. Could use more breakfast seating. Super friendly team members

Overall property was nice. Ray was accomodating and pleasant and we were able to check into 1 of our rooms early. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. Unfortunately we had a couple of hiccups that just aren't acceptable. There was a miscommunication involving the shuttle after the game and after 3 phone calls, being on hold for 15 minutes, and waiting for over 40 minutes, our party of 11 had to get another uber back to the hotel at 930pm. We were obviously not happy, and nobody wanted to take responsibility for the mix up or offer to do anything to right it. Basicly were told it was our fault and to take it up with the manager. We also needed to get checked into our second room. The shuttle driver walked us up, and when we got there we were shocked and disgusted. There was an open pipe and the entire room reeked like sewage. Gross! We were then escorted out only to find out that was the only open room in the entire place so we would either have to squeeze 8 people into a room or try to plug the pipe and deal with the smell. A worker was sent up with duct tape and Febreeze to try to do something about it. He tried his best but was clearly not experienced in any kind of plumming so our friend had to actually do the work and plug the pipe himself. I asked how everything got so mixed up with both the shuttle and the room, and Megan was extremely rude and condescending. I understand people make mistakes but how it was addressed is unacceptable. Ruined our annual trip.

The room had plenty of space. The amenities were great. The pool was also warm.

Nice comfortable hotel and place is clean. Love the free breakfast
