Good location in downtown Milwaukee and within walking distance of everything. Staff were friendly and helpful. Few lights in our room did not work, but overall property in good shape & clean. Over night parking fee is confusing. Before I arrived I thought it would be $20 per what I read on the hotel website. After checking-in when I asked about parking was directed to Valet and was not told there is two parking options. Those being self park in adjacent lot at $20 vs. Valet that I learned later when I checked out which is $40.00.
I did not like how the cards automatically didn't work after a certain time. I had a two part reservation and had to get new keys in-between. I told them this at check in to hopefully avoid any issue, but I guess that could not happen.
Skybridge connection to the hotel was very convenient
Carpet was not cleaned. Shower floor dirty. Room not adequately lit. Missing amenities such as slippers.
Location is excellent. We were able to walk almost anywhere we wanted to go. Staff very friendly and accommodating. The room was great except for the lighting was very dim.
The property is in the heart of the downtown area and is convenient to most of the central city. It is also a good choice if you are attending Summerfest. We loved the breakfast that was available and the staff was efficient and friendly. Parking was way too expensive for us.

Everything from the location, staff, room, valet, and free breakfast was just perfect for our needs. Also the front desk agent was extremely friendly and gave us a free upgrade to a corner room which was a nice unsolicited surprise. This is exactly the kind of experience which keeps customers coming back. Two thumbs up!
