While this not at all a new hotel my room was extremely functional.

We had an easy check in with valet parking. The room was beautifully renovated. However, the air conditioning does not work. Our room was 85 degrees upon entering, after turning the air conditioning on for several hours, it dropped 1 degree and was blowing hot air. This made it difficult to sleep.

We arrived in Milwaukee early and I asked if we could check in early. Roberto, the receptionist was more than helpful and kind and allowed us to put our luggage in the office while our room was being cleaned. We were able to check in a few hours early which really helped us a lot. Once we arrived in our room, the temperature was 82. We could not get it to go down and called Roberto once again. He was very accommodating and was going to give us another room if the temperature did not decrease. Evidently, something was wrong with the heating system because all of the guests were complaining of the extremely hot rooms. When we came back to our room several hours later, the heat was at a more comfortable temperature so we did not have to change rooms. Roberto checked us out in the morning and again was a pleasure to work with. He is an asset to the Fairfield staff.

The entire building was a sauna. They switched off the AC too early in the season there was no ventilation in the rooms. In mine I tried to turn down the thermostat and it pumped out heat while I was out at dinner. Came back to a 100 degree sauna.I thought it was my room so they moved me. The new room, same thing. I was in town with friends for a get together and their rooms were the same. None of us got any sleep. Then they wanted to charge $18 for the crappy parking lot behind the hotel. The public self park across the street was cheaper. I've stayed at many Fairfields before and had great experiences but I will never stay at this one again. The location was good so next time I'll spend the extra $10 on the hotel next door.

Every time I stay in Milwaukee, I choose this hotel. It's got the best location for the price, has as great breakfast, clean facilities and rooms. Parking is cheapest around and the staff are always very nice.

Hotel clean and our room was fine. Parking, you are really on your own, garage across the street.

The hotel staff was very accommodating and the hotel was in the center of good food and entertainment. It's within walking distance to the river and bmo Harris center. Only downfall was the elevators were not working properly.

The room was smaller than I expected but comfortable. The house keeping staff was extremely loud and shouted at each other as they moved from room. The only ice machine was on the 3rd floor, and felt like you had to go through a maze to find it.

Great location within walking distance to attractions.

Room was as described. We were able to check in a little early too which was nice.

We were able to walk everywhere from the hotel's location

It wasn't a bad hotel. The room was clean and was in a great location. Other than that it didn't have much to offer.

Perfect for a night away. Booked last minute and had a fantastic time. Close to everything and great services

I was impressed with this hotel. Although the building looks a little dated from the outside, everything is new and clean inside. The hotel is conveniently located about a block from the Wisconsin Center, where I was attending a conference. The rooms aren't particularly large, but there was definitely enough space for me and two of my friends. The beds are large and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower wasn't excellent, but was good enough. Had no problems with the free Wi-Fi. They serve a continental breakfast (cereals, eggs, waffles, sausage, bagels, coffee, juices, etc.) downstairs each morning. Don't expect the best breakfast you've ever had, but it's pretty good by hotel standards. I enjoyed it. Would definitely stay here again!

I was in town for a wedding so I only stayed one night and I wasn't in the hotel very much. But the room was very clean and comfortable and everything worked as needed. No complaints!

The Fairfield Inn was a very nice hotel; not too small, not to big. It was decorated in a laid-back, modern but casual way and the rooms were very clean. Furthermore, the beds were comfortable, and had it not been for tthe fire alarm going off around 6 am, I think we would have slept way too long. ;-) The staff was polite and considerate, as well as helpful without smothering the guests. All in all I'd say the stay was very pleasant and I'd recommend this hotel to anybody. We will come back, for sure.

i had a nice time ,the staff was all nice ,breakfast was very nice fulling ,
