This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stepped foot in. I was only there for 45 minutes until I decided I could not bare to stay and checked out. Front desk staff was VERY nice— only positive from this experience. Disgusting

I like that it had shuttle service and staff is always great… the only complain I have is that room was dirty and I cleaned on my own and towel I used to wipe looked black full of dirt .. sheets had stains.. the cleaning on rooms need to be better

The listing pictures must have been the original opening shots, That place is beat up, dirty and smells horrible.

Please DO NOT go to this hotel. As soon as we checked in and walked to our room, it smelled like cigarettes and mole. There was a machine absorbing the mole and moist smell.Inside the room was NASTY, with cigarette and moldy smell inside the room.There was also one clear bag with tons of dirty towels to the right of our hotel door and a clear bag of garbage to the left of our hotel door. The bed sheets looked nasty that we were scared to lay on it. My daughter suffers from allergies and asthma that I could not risk staying there. I left within 30 minutes of finding another safe and clean hotel.The pictures advertised on Orbitz is NOT what we saw in the hotel.When I arrived at the other hotel, I contacted Orbitz and they were generous to call the owner of the Days Inn and request for my refund. I appreciated Orbitz assistance.Please do not not go to this Days Inn. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

When we arrived, I had to search for a staff member to check in. When they arrived the person before us had issues with their credit card. We checked in and immediately left for the concert. The hallways has white dust/powder in the corners. We looked at the room, it was not great but we didn’t expect a lot. The bathroom had dirty caulking and faucets but again, we could live. We were there for 10 minutes. When we went out to the concert, the convenience of the shuttle was great. While we waited to leave there was lots of suspicious activity going on. We locked our rental car and hoped for the best. When we got back to the hotel, we started getting ready for bed. When we pulled back the sheets, they were dirty. Looked like shoe prints. When we went to ask the front desk, again there wasn’t anyone there. Once we found someone, and explained the situation- the staff member said that “people just like what they like”. There was no offer to fix it- Or address the issues. We said we were going to find another room. She said that we could get a refund for the second night but because we booked through Orbitz- they had to refund it. We left and found a room at a Crowne Plaza, farther away but cheaper!! Orbitz called the hotel after I called and explained the situation. They only offered a partial refund. $60 less than what I was told the night before. Orbitz gave me a $100 credit that I can only use on hotels. The only reason I need that is because I used Orbitz.

We did not fell safe. Music blaring next door. Cars driving fast in the parking lot. One car stop in front of us and won’t move. It felt wrong. Unsafe. We check out after a half hour. Complain to staff. They canceled our stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This hotel is very run down. The staff was outside smoking week. we witness a fight outside to which the front desk person said its ok that happens all the time. Moved rooms 3x due to room being dirty, unkept or carpet soaked. mattresses where dirty and we saw dog hair. WORST OF ALL THEY STOLE MONEY OUT OF MY ROOM!!!!

The room was weird. Specifically it didn’t have a mirror in the bathroom and it had a kitchen sink that didn’t work.

They gave us a free ride to summer fest but also promised a discount that I didn’t receive and there was blood stains on my bed and stains on my blanket :(

Close to family and friends

Very unsafe area, waited 5 minutes no one came to the front desk. Left and cancel my stay.

Entire hotel was dirty. Room was very dirty & didn’t have cups or towels. The bathroom sink had hair in it. By far the dirtiest hotel I’ve stayed in. Just disgusting!

Absolutely nothing

Terrible!!! prostitution at the door! People smoking weed in the hallway, bathroom only one towel for a family of 4!! Will not recommend it!! According to employees very insecure!!

Room was musty, mold in the shower, noisy ac that kicked on and off every few minutes. Could hear everything from the hall and other rooms. tv remote did not work.

We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which result in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations.
