I would not recommend nor stay here again.
Our room was ok... thankfully the bathroom was clean and the beds were clean. The floor and furniture were sticky and dusty/grimy. Everything there is just really tired. The stairs to the lobby were disgusting.
They were very understaffed... which was confusing and chaotic. Only saw one staff member with a shirt with a logo- so it was hard to tell who worked there. A teenager came to our door and asked us a question about a cart - We had no idea if he worked there until he asked how our stay was so far.
I was told by multiple folks (including the teen) that they would bring up sheets/blanket for the fold out couch -- I offered to come down and get it --- but they insisted that someone would bring it up. No one ever did so we asked at the desk some hours later.
At night the desk was unattended but we did see someone who may have been staff being screamed at by angry guests in the second floor hallway about wanting a refund.
The breakfast situation was weird -- lots of signs not to take more than one item -- and was "staffed" by someone who seemed to work there, but our only confirmation was that they were complaining loudly about how awful it was to work there to another staff.
One bright spot was that they had a shuttle service! The driver was very friendly and knowledgable.
