Very swanky, comfortable hotel. The shower is awesome, and we were offered complimentary appletinis upon check in.

I was there one night for a work trip. It was my first trip to Milwaukee and definitely won't be my last. The hotel was fantastic! The staff was extremely nice, the room (i was upgraded) was luxurious. Can't wait to go back and hopefully spend more than a night

Great room, wonderful time. Parking at $30 a little surprising considering I need a car wash after all the dirt and residue build up on the car.

The hotel met all of our expectations. We loved the decor inside it was very inviting. Furthermore, we loved that the hotel was so pet friendly unfortunately we didn't bring our dog, however, we do hope to bring her back with us soon. The rooms were spacious and beautiful. The walk in shower was great and roomy. The bar was also great and we loved how close we were to the Harley Davison museum. However, we were further way from some of the bars and brewery we wanted to make it too but it was great the front desk was able to set up cabs for us. Everyone there was very inviting and I can't wait to go back and stay again.

One of my most favorite hotels of all time. Smaller, boutique hotel but this place is for those wanting a hotel that is not about fruffy flowers and perfectly dressed employees. Edgy, hip, modern, and amazing details. Great for biz, pleasure and just having fun.

From the modern and very inviting lobby up to the spacious amazing room, this hotel is worth every penny. Its centrally located and very close to the amtrak station. The staff is just wonderful. A 5 star hotel for me!

Great hotel. Breakfast always good, rooms are very nice. Great showers. Good for a romantic trip.

Stayed at the Iron Horse for a Thanksgiving get-a-way, with my wife and 6 year old boy. I would have to say that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, and would have given it 5 stars if not for the location being a little away from the cities hustle and bustle and if the valet parking were not $30 per night (countered to some degree by the hotel having free wi-fi throughout). All the staff (valet included) were great and always helpful and friendly. The rooms were bigger than average, comfortable and clean. There was much to take in around the hotel, with tasteful decor and plenty of places to find a spot to hang. My son particularly enjoyed the Library where breakfast is served. I particularly enjoyed the free pool (billiards) in the bar! This is a pet friendly hotel, too. It was nice to see a bunch of dogs enjoying themselves. They even got their own Welcome Board, listing names of each of them. The food served in the bar and at the higher end Smyth's restaurant was good, but the choices felt limited. In particular, a more varied bar menu would have been appreciated, and would have likely kept us from venturing outside the hotel for other options. We will be visiting this hotel again for sure.

The fact that I am a Harley guy made the Iron Horse the perfect place to stay. The room was clean, perfectly decorated, and the beds "Perfect"!! My room overlooked the Harley Davidson Museum, and the river. We also attended the Green Bay Packers game during our stay. The staff were so friendly, and helpful. If I could say anything that I would change. Don't charge $30.00 extra dollars to park my car.

Absolutely a unique and great hotel to stay bartenders were excellent as were all the staff we encountered

Was a great hotel and bar all employees were excellent

My husband and I went to Milwaukee for a weekend getaway from Chicago and we stayed at the Iron Horse Hotel. I had heard such great things about this hotel and it did not disappoint. The rooms are spacious and modern as is the rest of the hotel. The bar is very lively and had a good crowd (we are in our mid-30's). We liked the bar and the atmosphere so much that we decided to just return to the bar after we had dinner out downtown. A special shout out to Dallas- our favorite bartender (although they were all very friendly)! We will definitely come back here- I've stayed at other places in Milwaukee and nothing compares to the Iron Horse!

The hotel has a very warm and inviting feeling the minute you walk in the door. The room, too, had a great feeling. The only negative was that there was a scent (perfume, incense...not bad) that was strong and a little overbearing. However, all in all we really enjoyed the stay!

We rode our harley in from up north and heard that this was a great place to stay. It was fantastic!!

Very comfortable room, loved the hotel on our stay. Not downtown but close enough and this hotel has lots of charm. Will be the hotel I stay at whenever I am in Milwaukee.

Booked the hotel as a Birthday surprise for my husband. Perfect location to visit the Harley Davidson Museum

Took a little time out for a couples retreat. Excellents services and amenities including massages great private luxury!

Made and paid for a king bed for my wife and I. When we arrived, we were put in a room with 2 doubles. Turned right around and went back to the front desk where we were told there were no more kings available. We pressed a bit, and voila, one was found. the problem was resolved quickly and with a smile, but I'm not sure it was a problem in the first place if there was, in fact, another king bed available after all. Great location on the south side of the city, across from Harley Museum and near great restaurants/bars on 2nd Street/Latin Quarter. Big Harley group meeting there as well as Kentucky Derby activities on Saturday. Needless to to say, the bar was hopping. Nice access to outdoors when the weather is nice. Staff was great. Restaurant was fantastic. Would *definitely* go again.

Iron Horse is a cozy hotel with romanticized biker charm. It encapsulates the spirit of Milwaukee in an upscale experience. The humble luxury is welcoming, easy and very comfortable. A highly recommended go to when you want to enjoy a finer perspective without loosing what makes Milwaukee great.

parking is expensive and difficult but the hotel is beautiful and the rooms very cool. Staff is very nice and attentive and I'd stay again in a hot minute.
