We got the top floor king loft, heard the TV next door entire day and night. Our phone in the room didn't work so I had to run down 3 times to get the front desk to have the guest next door turn it down or off. Timber lofts are notorious for sound transfer, but this was the wall. There's no sound insulation. This place is not worth the price.

I’m a little disappointed at how unfriendly the service is. Not sure what’s going on for folks behind the scenes but really, every interaction was tense, verging on rude. When we asked about unlocking our room refrigerator, we were told to come down and get the key and it’d be $50. Not a deposit, just that it would be $50. Id expect more for the price.

Great place for lodging. Skip the restaurant.

Lodging was great and hotel was modern and nice; however, restaurant was subpar in offerings and delivery for breakfast. Would have loved complimentary water in the room but only minibar offerings.
