Great location and very friendly/helpful staff. Would gladly return!
Friendly staff, clean room, right by the Harley Museum Campus!
Great
Overall our stay was just okay. It is a beautiful hotel with a great bar and in a good location. When we arrived at the hotel, they told us our room wasn’t ready and it would be about 20 minutes. 30 minutes went by and when we asked for an update the woman said no more than 15 minutes. 30 minutes later I had to go back up and that is finally when they shared our room was ready after waiting over an hour and waiting while past the actual check-in time. There were guests an hour later still waiting to get into their room. If they were this delayed, it would’ve been nice to get a phone call ahead of time letting us know so we could’ve better prepared for our evening plans but we got no such thing. Highly disappointed in the service provided and the front desk staff not feeling apologetic for how delayed their guests check in was. They shrugged it off like it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t feel sorry for it.
This was my second time here and it was just as amazing as the first.
Very unique and historical building. Loved it.
I was very impressed when I drove up. It just kept getting better as I walked in, checked in, and then made it to my room.
Great restaurant and bar. Awesome atmosphere
Fantastic from beginning to end. Friendly staff, great vibes, excellent food/drink. Would love to come back.
Staff was so nice. Great crowd. Loved all the bikes in and out. Will definitely go back.
