My only negative is the details of cleaning. Area when entering the hotel, the walkway was stained with spilled items. Elevators lower walls need to be cleaned and carpet in elevators cleaned. Bathroom corners and front of tub by the floor not cleaned. Shower curtain screen area had a large stain. Just details that make you feel uncomfortable. Just seems like the overall is clean but the small details are overlooked or ignored.
