Good location. Close to the Third Ward and downtown Milwaukee.

We had a beautiful clean room with high ceilings and a very comfortable bed. It was quiet and had a fridge and nice bathroom.

We stayed three nights, Friday through Sunday, visiting for a graduation celebration. The room was clean. The lobby was dark, and the hotel felt dead. Staff wasn't unfriendly, just scarce. No room cleaning during stay understandable re COVID, but going to the front desk to get a fresh towel finally found the young attendant behind a pillar texting on his phone. $2.50 for a cup of tasteless coffee from a machine and some really sad grab and go offering in the morning were disappointing for the price we paid. We were in other hotels during the weekend which felt much more alive, made efforts to compensate for some of the services lost during COVID. The Hilton's efforts felt half-hearted and apathetic in comparison.

It's a classic-looking building. I liked the room in which we stayed. It was spacious and pretty clean. We asked for infant crib and on arrival, it was already in the room. There was minimal interaction with the staff, but the they seem helpful and courteous. It's within walkable distance from the public market, riverwalk, etc. so very convenient spot. I would definitely consider staying there again next time I am in MKE.

I liked the hotel but the experience with the valet was awful. I told them I had never used a valet before. He took my key and waved me away, then yelled as I backed off for my room number which I gave him. I started describing where my vehicle was currently parked and what it looked like, which he put his hand up and waved me off saying he saw it already. So I come downstairs to leave the following morning and ask for my vehicle. It’s a different guy. He says it’s coming (how?) and he has a lot of calls. I tell him no one told me to call, I didn’t call and order my ride. THEN he sighs and just leaves. Walks out and I’m standing there holding all my stuff, waiting for what’s next. A third valet shows up and says nothing to me, but after maybe ten minutes gets a phone call and leaves, comes back and asks what kind of Jeep I have. I tell him, and the color. Another five minutes pass and my car pulls up, the guy gets out and starts walking up the stairs holding my car up yelling at me from the stairs. He yells he couldn’t hear my beep, and blames me for taking so long. I say nothing and reach for my keys while he continues to yell at me about how it was my fault. I say that I did try to tell him what the car looked like and the horn isn’t super loud but it’s works. He repeated himself again as I took my keys and left. I paid thirty dollars to be made late to leave AND get yelled at. Planned on coming back and staying here for Summerfest but I’ll pass. This was awful.

This was an awesome hotel. We are from Michigan and we drove through the night and this was our first nights stop. Guy at the front desk was helpful and super friendly. We felt right at home. The hotel itself was beautiful. Like breathtaking. And the room was amazing. Thanks for a great nights stay on our first stop of our roadtrip!

I love the location. I stay there a lot when I travel to Milwaukee

Beautiful historic hotel. Staff was friendly. Would definitely recommend

A group of us come to Milwaukee VERY often to get away from Chicago's overly restrictive bar/resturaunt restrictions. We choose to stay here as often as possible due to ease of parking, impressive rooms and easy to get along-with staff

Beautiful, newer hotel. Rooms however just in average condition. Front desk staff often MIA and when present not overly friendly or hospitable.

Nice building. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. No alarm clock. No nightlight. Refrigerator froze our water. Found hair all over the bedding. No one was at the front desk to check us in. We felt invisible. The Swinging Door pub across the street had great burgers, so that's a plus.

We had a fabulous time. The hotel was wonderful. Great location and loved the red carpet service.

Loved the historic building. Views were wonderful.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on your recent visit with us. I am sorry we fell short of your expectations and I am disappointed we didn't meet up to the high standards I feel we are known for. I know things are a bit strange, but as you said we are trying are best to open things up and ensure a perfect stay for all guests. We did open our restaurant and are serving breakfast sandwiches everyday. We do hope as Milwaukee opens up, we too can start serving a more complete breakfast. I hope we can have the opportunity to further discuss your stay as I wish to rectify these issues. I can be reached at the phone number below or by my email. Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing us during your visit to Milwaukee. I hope to hear back from you. Yours, Kris Anton Guest Services Manager
