Seems like a great hotel, booked my parents there with a reservation made late in the day, and the staff took a call and got us the security code to access the hotel area and room promptly. Large, clean, well-appointed rooms.

I just love this place! The rooms have tremendous character and the amenities are many! It’s a home away from for me! It’s also a beautiful escape…always inspiring me to make home feel more artistic! I was worried about parking but we managed to find a spade on the street. When I stayed here years ago, parking was plentiful…but this area has really grown and flourished since before 2020. Awesome bars and restaurants and shops and people!
I loved EVERYTHING about Kinn. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The common kitchen area and library area with fireplace is absolutely gorgeous and such a cool place to hang out. Will definitely be rebooking and recommending to friends and family. Well done, Kinn!!

We loved the nearby restaurants. The area is eclectic and interesting. The room is cozy, stylish, and safe.
So pretty & cool inside and the BED was the greatest. I common kitchen if you want to make a snack (we didn’t use it, but it was spotless & fabulous decor. No staff, which was great for us. Loved walking around Bay View. Great bars & restaurants.
Excellent boutique b&b. The rooms are great, they offer complimentary wine to guests, and the restaurant downstairs was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Loved the easy access/check in with a personal code. Very convenient to have a personal wifi passcode. The owners were super understanding about needing to cut my visit short due to my fiance being ill and they even offered options to reimburse me! Cant wait to stay here again!

The room was delightful and it was so nice to have the use of the kitchen and living area. The complementary glass of wine really started our stay off right! The location is so convenient to lots of shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay there again!
