I liked the staff. The food was good. My room was very comfortable and the staff kept it clean

Hotel exceeded our expectations. This was our first stay. Room and service were excellent. Nice large bar. Did not have breakfast. Front desk service was way above average.

This hotel was clean. The room was nice and had a comfortable bed. The staff was very attentive to our needs. I will stay here again, when I need to go back to Milwaukee.

The bed might have been the most comfortable bed I ever slept on and the room was very nice. The staff was not as nice though. They were rude when I asked for a taxi or shuttle service. The hotels amenities were great other than that.

We had to change rooms twice before getting one that we could live with. The lights in the bathroom of room one went out and did not come back. We moved to a second room that smelled of mildew because the plastic shower wall was cracked. The staff tried to be very accomodating; the facility was run down.

You listed that the rooms had microwaves and refrig's. Not at this hotel!!! It must have been some other four points. The lobby was new but the rooms and bed were old. the locations was great. That is all it had.

The hotel staff was pleasant and the room was clean, but there was a sense of disorganization everywhere. From bigger things like confusion about when the shuttle was coming and going, to little things like the staff forgetting to put bottled water in the room. Everyone was extremely polite, but flakey and not really in a hurry to remedy any problems or challenges. For instance, I couldn't get the wi-fi to work in my room and was told to call a seperate hotline for tech support (finally got it to work on my own, but only once, and then it didn't work the rest of the stay). Then the television signal in my room made about half of the channels fuzzy. I was told that maintenance could look at it tomorrow, but then no one ever came by. The shuttle said he was on his way (five minutes from the hotel), then we waited about 35 mins for him to get there. And when I initially called from the airport to arrange for the shuttle, the customer service rep wasn't very forthcoming or helpful about directing me to the shuttle pick-up area. I had to call twice to make sure I was in the right spot. My keycard constantly needed to be reset too. A minor nuisance, but twice in two days was a bit much. Several teenage basketball teams were staying that week too. The rowdy boys took full advantage of the free computer access in the lobby. Normal, but loud comments about girls, sports, etc. could be heard. Conversation much more geared toward a dorm room or locker room. I was surprised that management didn't ask them to keep it down. But that was another issue - there were always two or three staff members floating around the desk area, but no one ever took charge. I think that was likely the biggest problem. The hotel felt much like it was run by a junior crew, rather than by a professional management team. All in all nothing was terribly wrong, but nothing was terribly right either. I prefer to stay in hotels that make my stay with them and my comfort a priority. I don't expect customer service to bend over backwards, but I do expect attentiveness to my needs (I'm truly a very low-key traveler!). I will likely not stay there again.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were friendly.

It was my first time at this place and I really felt at home. Staff were great and hotel was very clean. I will be back to this hotel any time I am back in Milwaukee.

Kind of a typical business hotel. The room (king suite) was very nice. Two flat screen TVs. The freed appetizers at the evening reception were good. The best part is the pool/workout area. Indoor and outdoor pools with hot tub. Also have a dry sauna that worked well, and the fitness room is a little bigger and has nicer equipment than most hotel workout rooms.

My son and I were visting two colleges in the Milwaukee area. Four Points in Brown Deer was located in the middle. The staff greeted us with all smiles.

hotel and location worked well for our thanksgiving getaway but we had to get 9 keys made for our 2 rooms. Not fun from the 4th floor.

When I checked in I found out that my suite reservation would not be honored. [...] Consequently, I got a regular-sized room for 4 people. This was a real disappointment. They did give us free breakfasts to compensate but I was still displeased.

Very good experience. It's proximity to the bus stop to Summerfest was our reason for picking the hotel and it worked out perfectly.

My wife and I are retired senior citizens and in our prior professions we both traveled extensively, within the U.S. as well as overseas. I have never stayed in a hotel that was as quiet as the four points by Sheraton. The price of the room was very reasonable and extremely clean and the friendliness of the staff was exceptional. Since we travel quite a bit we decided to join your club and expect to stay in four points by Sheraton hotels where possible. Keep up the great work.

The stay was very enjoyable

I went to visit a friend and my stay in this hotel was very enjoyable. The staffs were just so friendly; they talked to me as if they had known me since Adam. I will not hesitate to stay in that hotel any time I go back to that city...

This hotel is badly in need of updating. It was adequate, however I could hear everything from the room next door -- and they were not loud; my room had ceiling stains, the carpet was musty, and it just seemed overall, a well-worn room. The staff was congenial, the room was tidy, the room service food was fine, and the exercise room was good.

I have stayed here to visit daughter, wedding set up, attend wedding, adjoining room with family, all comfortable and close to everything. Always stay for annual trip to Wis. and family. Very easy to find and get around area. Great rates through Orbitz.

The room had a stale odor but a good air conditioner quickly eliminated the problem.
