The help and customer service was horrible between communication, being disrespectful towards me and no accommodations were made for my situation. I tried calling to tell staff I was going to be showing up later than I originally planned. They were rude on the phone with me. So I went through Expedia to try and resolve the issue and they were very nice and rebooked so I could now have an early morning check in, with being fully aware I would still be paying for the night before. I called after getting off with the Expedia worker to verify with the hotel that my stay was changed correctly. They verified it was. After working my 12 hour shift at the hospital I went to the hotel to check into my room where they told me that I had cancelled my whole 3 nights and that they were full and would not have a hotel room for me till the afternoon. After talking with many different staff they finally got me into a room. I was appreciative but when I got into my room, I found out my room hadn’t been inspected by the cleaning crew and my shower did not work. I tried calling back down and they told me there was nothing they could do for me and maintenance wasn’t there yet. So I asked for a refund and I told them I would find another hotel to stay at. They proceeded to say they would reimburse me but I had to go through Expedia so that’s exactly what I did. They then denied my reimbursement when Expedia called them. Overall this experience was absolutely horrible and I would never come back.
