This hotel is clearly in the midst of a change. There is no maid service, the hot tub was closed, the breakfast is a simple grab and go, nothing hot. It's filthy and in a desperate need of an update.

This place has really gone in the wrong direction. Clearly understaffed. Young people at front desk. No sign of a manager and if they were on property, no name tag visible. Very busy place, mold in bathroom, tiles missing around the shower, Full garbage outside. Carpets dirty. Elevator carpet with logo very dirty. Floor under carpet, big black grease marks, sticky from floor tape. I told front desk after I interrupted their personal conversation to inform of issues. No action, nothing. This place is a no go for us. Too bad, it used to be a Crown Plaza but now it is a lower end hotel for people that clearly abuse the property. Smoking outside as you exit the door is constant. Butt station full, bench dirty and occupied by smokers.

The room was never cleaned. I was there for 4 days and it was never cleaned. The towels are hard and scratchy. When I checked out there was no one at the desk and a lobby full of people. The person who finally came to the desk wasn’t particularly friendly. I probably won’t book this property again.

The hotel was close to my son and also safe from the flooding that took place Saturday night. I know at one time it was a Crown Plaza. It has really gone down hill. No bar and no food. Place was full but nothing. So sad to see
