You get what you pay for. If your planning to use the airport shuttle and parking call and book through them, otherwise you have to pay extra for parking.

I booked a room online and when I got there to check in, the person behind the desk was such an unruly, unpleasant and unwelcoming person. She acted like she had a problem with people in general and would interrupt every answer to her questions like she didn't care what it was. It was weird. I finally just told her that I will never go back again. I ended up staying at a place down the street where I had a much better experience.
Bathroom mirror had black spots all over it, the shower stall had stains all over the bottom. I left a couple of items of clothing and they will hold them for a month but refuse to mail them to me.

Everything was ok except for the front desk. I was injured and unable to make my way down to the front desk. I tried to call multiple times and only reached a busy signal. I even attempted to call via my cell and I was not able to get through over the course of an hour. Hello...............................................
No coffee maker, cannot turn off fan, stain on bedding
It was in a good location-easy access to highways and restaurant
Being repaired. Dirty halls, not enough water pressure. Water went from hot to calf and back again often. Walls with holes. Door very loose on frame. Breakfast over by 9 am but no signs to say so up front. Not a good value. Look elsewhere.
If you're looking for a good price this hotel is not far from downtown and cheaper than downtown hotels.
Overall the stay was a poor experience. The bed mattress was long overdue to be thrown out because my wife and I woke up to a sore back. The hotel smelled like stale cigarettes, even though it was a nonsmoking room. The rooms were not properly insulated for noise. We awoke several times during the night to the gentleman snoring next door and a banging headboard in the morning. The breakfast that the staff provided in the morning was decent. I would recommend spending $10 more on a different hotel, so you can enjoy a good nights sleep.
